Bathroom was disgusting. There was a hairy bar of soap behind the sink that I ended up throwing away after the room was recleaned. Was kept awake both nights by someone’s barking dog. Management did nothing about it.

Pros:The price drops were great and I'm glad they gave them to me otherwise I would have complained for 3 days 180 that's 60 a day not bad.
Cons:I didn't like how they told me that the rooms included a couch and kitchenette and once I arrived to my room no kitchenette or couch. The rooms are a lot smaller then what the pictures make them out to look like.

Pros:Location of the hotel.
Cons:It seems like the quality of this hotel is in a steady decline. The group I go with tends to choose this hotel more on location than anything else. To us it fits our needs for our overall destination. The beds are not the most comfortable and when I went into the room this time it seems like the bed spreads have seen better days. There clearly were stains on the bed covers that were not removed. The overall cleanliness wasn't there as well. Not to mention the fact that the price of the hotel went up in half in just two months.

Pros:I arrived at hotel I had a very fun day visiting phoenix area,they were so friendly when I got there made experience very pleasant.
Cons:I entered room it had very bad smell turned air to full blast I think it was mildew smell or something and tv didn't work should no remote in room should have it in there before I get there.

Cons:These stupid credit card keys constantly get wiped out and you have to get them re keyed. It's not just this place bit all hotels

Pros:Nothing I have never in my life stayed at a place like this!
Cons:I'm not sure even where to start.... Day one our room smelled like smoke (non smoking room) the walls where dirty after such a long drive just sucked it up and slept there only to be woke up at 7 am to banging and screaming from the room next to us apparently a married man was sleeping with someone and his wife paid him a visit... Later on we left for lunch only to return to 5 police cars in front with crack heads on the side walk in front of the hotel. Every time we left our room items of our clothing went missing along with a juice that the person kindly left the empty bottle on our night stand OH but wait!!!! It gets even better so we are asleep and get woken up buy security opening our door telling us we need to leave!!!! Or pay for another night as confused and literally terrified we decided to leave please take this hotel off your list there also got yelled at by Megan at the front desk because they checked us in on the wrong date there's so much more but I'm tired of typing
