Pros: Beautiful property with historical grandeur. Extremely comfortable room. Bathroom was dated, but exquisitely so. Competent personable staff that wasn’t intrusive or slithery as I’ve encountered elsewhere in the region. Unfortunately my stay was short and busy and I did not have time to enjoy all the facilities but this hotel has authentic classic style as opposed to the newer boutique hotels with superficial ‘bling’.

Pros: The room is very comfortable and perfectly clean. The hotel in general is absolutely beautiful ! Service is amazing and all the staff are very helpful and professional. Everything will be taken care of for you. The pool area is great (although a little bit noisy due to some renovation work at the moment) and spa facilities are very nice.

The hotel itself is an old style French building with lots of atmosphere, providing a sharp contrast to the contemporary cookie cutter high end hotels. The major sites are generally a Tuk Tuk ride away, so the location is very good. Overall, we were very happy with this hotel.

Cons: It IS an old hotel, after all...so bathrooms were a little old fashioned, the water pressure wasn't great, etc. etc. The hotel has been modernized, but it's still a very, very old hotel--keep that in mind before you book.

Pros: Staff spoke great English and helped with organizing tours and bus to Siem reap. Also when I checked in my bed was mistakenly taken by one of the guests so I was upgraded to another room. Breakfast at additional charge was good. My major complaint is not about hostel but about guests. People are just inconsiderate and disrespectful, coming in late at night slamming doors and talking loud, two of my bunk mates were having sex in the room while everyone else was sleeping. But I guess that’s part of hostel experience

Cons: Had a private room and found bedbugs at night. Went to reception and asked for new room. Didn't have single, only dorm, but took it anyway (middle of the night...). In the morning I just went to reception again and said I wanted to leave and have refund for 2 booked nights. Without any discussion I got all the money back. Everyone must decide for themselves if they want to take the risk. For my personal taste both receptionists acted far too routinely. That problem is well known in there...

We requested to stay high enough up to have a good view, and even though it was a last minute booking they sorted that out, which was the icing on the cake. The rooms are nice, comfy and clean and generally in line with price/expectations. On the top floor there are 2 pools, which seemed to be open late into the evening and early morning, and moving between the hot and cold pools while looking over the buildings edge, right next to the restaurant is very nice. Breakfast is a buffet with a lot of choice, and scores very highly on my 'breakfast included ratings. The staff were very helpful in storing our bags the following day, and tag these and provide you with a reference ticket for security as well, which was well managed. Places to eat, and the market are all a stones through away, and transport comes to the door.

Cons: I booked for two people but you have to pay a deposit for a second key , which is returned at check out . I can understand that some guests mistakenly walk away with the keys . Not really a problem but most hotels issue two keys

Pros: The food court at lower ground lobby of NagaWorld 2 HOTEL is great, breakfast buffet is great, first time entering casino. It is very beautiful.
Cons: The reception staff is too strict, not flexible on guest request. I had issue on wanting to add on breakfast buffet for me and my friend rooms, but required all the pax full name and passport details. several guest who were checking in were encountering problems on the hotel booking and check in confirmation issue.

Pros: Staff was very polite, the decorations were impressive, room was nice as well. The room was quite clean as well (small exception with the bed runner).
Cons: Well, to be honest, the poor people living only a few hundred meters away. But it's specific to the city, hotel was perfect, 5+ star hotel. Except the bad electricity from the government (when there is no power, safety lights turned on, so it was more difficult to sleep).

Cons: Staff is totally non cooperative. I gave extra breakfast voucher to staff in restaurant. When asked for new ones front desk plainly refuses saying they cannot. Total non cooperation. Also language is a problem. I don’t think I would consider staying there second time.
