The staff at the front desk seemed a little overwhelmed; checking in was easy but the wait was long, even in the Marriott élite station. Also, please make it clear how one pays for parking; at the desk or at the valet station? We were confused and wasted the staff’s time trying to sort things out after we unwittingly paid twice.
The room could have been a little more up to date. But overall the room was good.
No access is granted to the rooms unless you have a room key.
I thought that it was a little pricy... especially because the interior was dated. Check out is too early, and check in was too late, and vague. “Sometime after 4?
Location, Staff was great, housekeeping staff was excellent!
The elevators - long waits and very very crowded. It seemed like only 2 of the 6 were working
Overall everything was very good.
Bedbugs in our 1st room, discovered tge next morning. They promptly moved us to another room And were very helpful. But we felt they should have credited us for the first night.
