Pros (+) The city view is unbelievable.
Cons (-) The separation doors between rooms need to be more insulated. I could hear and smell neighbors activities. Couldn’t sleep entire night till 4 am. Bring earplugs if you’re staying in this hotel, it’s right in the center of it all, constants activities around at night at city hall.

Pros (+) Fantastic Historic Building thats been successfully converted to a hotel. Good quality Fitness Center with free weights, machines, and cardio options. All the equipment worked.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and very helpful
Cons (-) Panhandlers outside the front while we waited for our car. They sat by the door and were smoking. Made it a little uncomfortable. mostly to breathe because of the smell of the cigarettes.

Pros (+) Front desk staff was very accommodating.
Cons (-) The phone operators for reservations were very rude. I spoke to several ones during the week before my stay. Only the last one I spoke to was helpful. I ended up double booking because I was told by a staff member earlier in the week that they couldn't find me on record of having booked a room so I ended up booking another.
