Pros (+) Room was gorgeous and comfortable. Breakfast on 31st floor was wonderful and the attendant was a charming lady.

Pros (+) First-rate, top-of-the-line, fully equipped gym. The dry sauna in the men's locker room was the best I ever experienced. The quiet relaxtion room with the lounge chair was a nice bonus.
Cons (-) The toilet in our room wasn't flushing properly. Luckily, the staff gave us another room almost immediately. The steam room in the men's locker room was out of service for repairs. Hopefully, that will get repaired soon.

Pros (+) The room was very comfortable and yet stylish. The location is absolutely perfect. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly attentive and friendly staff. We highly recommend staying at Loews Philadelphia Hotel!
