We visit this hotel frequently for its convenient location. The staff is very good, particularly Leonard and Francis on the bell desk. Pros (+) The front desk staff was so nice. They checked me in with my last minute Priceline reservation, gave me two bottles of water and a cookie and directed me to the nearest parking lots, saving me about $35 a night compared to their valet. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the shower had hot water. Wifi worked well on the 14th floor.
Cons (-) The walls are a little thin. I could hear people in the halls at all hours. The hotel does not offer free parking. Valet is $45 a night. Parking is available across the street for much less.

Cons (-) This is an older hotel in need of renovations and a good cleaning. Room carpet and furniture a bit dirty, not due to housekeeping, just age - everything was sticky. Pros (+) The view from my room (717) was amazing. The room itself was clean and comfortable. I was attending a symposium at Drexel, so this hotel was within walking distance which was nice.
Cons (-) The hallways needed updating. The carpets were stained and needed replacing. Also the elevators, although there were 6, were frustrating. I arrived exhausted from my flight at around 10pm. All of the elevators were not moving but stopped on high level floors. There were 25+ people waiting and it look 3 elevators until I was able to get on, which took about 5 minutes or so. Cons (-) I booked a room with a king size bed and received a room with two double beds which was not ideal for it just being me and my girlfriend.
