Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, spacious rooms, and enjoyable breakfast offerings. Many found the room size ideal for families and appreciated the cleanliness and amenities. However, numerous complaints were raised about the elevator system, with long wait times and limited availability causing frustration. Some guests also experienced issues with service, citing unhelpful or indifferent staff in certain situations. Overall, the positives of location, room size, and breakfast stood out, but elevator and service issues were notable drawbacks.

Pros (+) The balcony and the view where amazing looking out on the strip. Size of the rooms are CRAZY BIG!!!!
Cons (-) checkout should be 1-2pm. People like to relax in your hotel, not have to get up and rush out of a nice comfy bed. ( front desk help with late check out on this stay and THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! )

Pros (+) Room was great. Spacious, clean, comfortable, staff wonderful
Cons (-) The bathroom looked as if it had not been upgraded in years. It was dirty and old looking while the remaining parts of the room appeared to be upgraded and clean. Parking was horrible. I was misinformed by valet services on the prices for a parking garage nearby.

Pros (+) I like the size of the rooms
Cons (-) Our shower was broken, our toilet was broken, we were not given enough towels, we had to call down for toilet paper. The breakfast was good, but it was a mess which made me feel uneasy about eating because of how horribly unclean the whole area was.

Cons (-) Room door did not lock caught it on the way out on a Saturday nite. Waited over an hour for maintenance. Had to move to "the only room left" which was not a king bed (two doubles) and did not have a refrigerator. Really ruined the evening as we were not able to leave the hotel until midnight when we were planning to leave at 10:30. Got a new room the next day and the toilet did not work. Maintenan...

Pros (+) Recently I had my wallet stolen with my credit cards so I made the reservation with a relative's credit card, so when I checked in the ask for the credit card and obviously I didn't have it and the lady receptionist would not take other type of payment, so I lost the reservation and the money and ended up paying for a Holiday Inn which did accepted cash. Very bad hotel don't stay here.
