Pros (+) The room was clean and the staff was extremely hospitable. I will now only stay at a Holiday Inn Express wherever I go.

Pros (+) Ronnie at the front desk was especially personable, and helpful. Made sure we got hot showers and comfy beds after a long weekend of rustic camping!
