Cons:
The office where i rented had been closed for months and i was still able to make the reservation. The day i was to get the car i calked to confirm and only got a recording. When i got to the address And they we’re not in business, I called enterprise and I called priceline. Enterprise told me they did not even have me in their system at all I talk to an enterprise office in the next town away and they told me there was nothing they could do for me and that I needed to go online and make another reservation or I needed to call another enterprise office that was about an hour away from my location and I did not have a vehicle. Pros:
When we picked up the first rental car, I was shocked by the $250 deposit. I didn't see it listed on Kayak, so I figured they weren't charging one because I was over 25. Well that rule isn't real! Haha! Luckily, the very friendly (and somehow always attractive) staff at enterprise helped work with me to make the deposit more manageable. After a few days, and a few hundred miles, the car started to chug at stops and would even stall if the RPMs got too low. We were able to swap it out very quickly for an even more comfortable car that got even better gas mileage with a little help from some more very friendly (and still attractive) enterprise staff. All around the staff was very helpful and courteous.Cons:

I reserved the car online to pick up at 8 am the following morning, and return at 4 pm. When I arrived at the office at a little after 8 am, I was told that the associate had received a text that a car would not be available, until 3 pm. Very poor service at Pellston Airport. Had to wait over 45 minutes for attendant/employees (all three of them) to return to desk to pick up the car. This was not around lunch time, but late afternoon, and all three left the desk completely unattended with a "will return at" clock, and all returned together. They didn't return until 15 minutes after the sign said. No apologies or explanation given. Windshield had a crack, and fender had a pretty good sized dent, that the employees missed and wouldn't have included on the damage report had we not insisted it be put on the rental information.Avis
