7,1 Good
Pros: Location is amazing Friendly staf. We were the only guests in the restaurant (of season) but service and quality of the food excellent. Take the risotto with truffles!
Cons: It feels like the place is a bit outdated and could use a bit of painting plus other maintenance too.

Pros: We went to Pescasseroli to see the area and particularly the visitors centre that also housed the rare Marsican Bear and Wolf that we wanted to see. Pros: Location Garden , flowers The overall winter chalet feeling
Cons: Place is very nice but it needs an update Our room was on the first floor and you could hear other guests gathered downstairs No fan in the room , no AC ,no screen on the window Old Bedspread , not enough pillows Room smelled like smoke Flies over croissants placed on each table plate . They should have been kept in s covered tray
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and homely; unpretentious, a little bit quirky, pretty garden and terrace, comfortable bed, good sized room and good value; ample breakfast Imagine it would be warm and inviting in winter On the outer limits of the town but this only made it peaceful We were here a couple of nights only but would happily recommend to family and friends

Pros: It's a charming hotel , well located out of the center, with helpfull staff.
Cons: The only negative is that we missed bread for breakfast! The buffet was full of nice cakes but no one piece of bread and cheese.
5,0 Okay
Pros: The location was nice and the structure was aesthetically appealing from the outside.
Cons: The mattresses seemed old and hard. The shower head was broken upon arrival, and the temperature of the accommodation was cold, as well. The temperature of the hot water was set to a low temperature allowing for a cold shower. The flue in the chimney was broken which caused smoke to enter the apartment. Wires were hanging out of the walls, proving that the apartment was not prepared for our arrival. There was no place to hang jackets or dresses. Our stay was a complete disappointment and440 euro was a ridiculous amount of money to have paid for two nights. Never again.

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property - great location. Very friendly staff.
Cons: Older faded towels, floors and furniture dusty. It was off season so probably this had something to do with it. Not many guests - this was in May but extremely cold.

Pros: Fantastic, the staff were very helpful and the location breathtaking.
Cons: Didn’t see any goats
8,8 Excellent
Pros: This looks like a very old house, loved it!
Cons: The reception does not speak any English. Understanding was very difficult. The jacuzzi and hottub was not open for us and we could not understan why?
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very special hotel with a beautiful view of a garden. Very friendly and kind staff
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very kind hosts, huge room and a great breakfast! Nice garden. Private parking.
Cons: We were 3 people and the third bed was upstairs-pretty uncomfortable, especially if you need to go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The facilities were pretty old, some were broken.
6,3 Good
Pros: Good location in for exploring Abruzzo National Park Staff were very friendly and helpful especially as we were getting up very early each day looking for bears and they were on hand to make us a hot drink. Can it fault the staff in any way.
Cons: Breakfast was very average, mainly continental but not a great selection, only one juice, same all week and very little fruit. They did ya scrambled egg but no other cooked options. Almost no choice for vegans apart from bread! No real evening meals unless we asked so basically no choice, we are in town instead. Rooms were ok but nothing special. No atmosphere in the place but to be fair that’s probably because it was their off season and generally few visitors. Overall not a terrible place to stay and I would use it again if retuning to Abruzzo for bears but would maybe try a few other places first.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel used to be a private estate, so it’s literally living in a mansion. Off the entrance is a large living room with a wood burning fireplace. Bernardo made a fire when we arrived. The rooms are spacious with much character.
Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like.

Pros: The lady there was nice.
Cons: The bed is very uncomfortable and the walls are too thin so you can practical hear everything that is going on. We were there in October so there were no restauration available. The breakfast was cheap. Only crackers with jam and dry biscuits from the supermarket... We couldn't pay with credit card.

5,0 Okay
Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: The rooms and the facility were outdated. The bed (queen size) was extremely uncomfortable, squeaky and basically made of two different mattresses put side by side. The pillows were stiff and hard. The bathtub was missing the stopper and the shower head was broken. The window was also broken. Breakfast was mediocre, they couldn’t get fried eggs right for two days straight. The atmosphere of the hotel is dated, it feels as you are going back in time in the early 90’s.

2,9 Mediocre
Pros: The director of the hotel was friendly and was determined to accommodate us in the best way possible.
Cons: The hotel was rated as a 4 star hotel- it’s way overrated! The rooms were furnished with old beds and furniture, poorly maintained. There was no airconditioning. Bathroom was dirty as well. Breakfast was poor. The cost of 1 room for one night was 182 Euros - it was way over priced.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and great location.
Cons: The mattress is way too soft.
