Guests consistently highlight the hotel's convenient location, making it easy to access the city center, restaurants, and attractions. Many appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the generally clean rooms. However, several guests note issues with parking availability and noise, especially in rooms facing busy streets or with poor sound insulation. Cleanliness is mostly satisfactory, though some reviews mention areas needing improvement.
