Easy to access from A9 motorway. Clean and comfortable bedroom. Good food available in the restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Safe parking. Free WiFi. People need to be aware that the restaurant is pen for breakfast every day but only open in the evening from Monday to Thursday, 7-9PM. So check if this fits with your travel plans because there isn’t another restaurant nearby.
Nothing to dislike if you accept it is a budget hotel.

Quick check in no messing about just drive in go to bed
Felt like I was sleeping in a tiny box ... could hear every step from other people ... every time someone moved or spoke could hear them .... the bed was hard .. the room was like being in a tiny box . The bathroom was really good for the size of the room. I don’t think it was all that bad if it was cheaper but we paid €66 and we didn’t even get a kettle or Andy condiments. So felt like €66 just to sleep in a box with a very uncomfortable bed was very steep...
