The first room they gave me the room smelled musky in the air conditioner was frozen a block of ice. I went back downstairs and they gave me an another room this one the air conditioner worked but I also had a foul odor. The carpet appeared dirty. Pros (+) Staff is incredible, friendly, helpful. Very comfortable stay for people with children. Small kitchen and Full Size fridge in each room.

Pros (+) The staff was courteous and helpful, the facilities were well kept, and the cost was very nice for the quality of accommodations.
Cons (-) There was a funk I the room. A kind of musty, almost mildew sort of odor. I went nose deaf to it quickly, but if you are prone to respiratory issues (asthma, etc.) you may want to avoid this place.

Pros (+) Close enough to the beach I guess
Cons (-) The receptionist told me they don't empty the trash everyday if he can recall and that I had to go walk to the dumpster to empty it. I said no I don't I bet it sit right outside the door. Beds were never made up each day that we stayed and never replaced with fresh sheets.

Pros (+) Hotel was very nice. Lobby was very clean and greeted as I came in. Has a wonderful bar and bartender was wonderful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Mexican one next door is excellent
Cons (-) They didn't have a good selection for breakfast. The tub in room is a bit narrow and towels need to be updated to bigger ones.
