Pros: I liked the option with Payless to pick up the car on airport property vs. needing to shuttle to another location. Returning the car was simple and easy, which was appreciated.
Cons: The staff was friendly at pick up, but we had to wait in line in the garage to get the keys for much longer than one would expect. A parking garage is not the safest of places to try to wrangle a toddler who has been stuck on a plane for several hours. When we got to the car, the vehicle wasn’t as clean inside or out as one would reasonably expect either. Despite paying more for a mid-size SUV to comfortably fit our standard sized car seat that easily fits in a similar mid-size SUV, it took quite a bit of effort to get the seat installed due to it being a tight fit and then not the most comfortable ride for the driver who had to scoot the seat closer to the steering wheel than preferred.

Cons: Car was dirty inside and out, had 40k miles on it, oil change came on mid trip, outside was all scratched up on all sides, no attendee or exit gate to report scratches, you just exit the airport and then you are on the road, the most we have e we had to pay for such a poorly maintained rental car

Cons: It did not seem staff were prepared for the amount of reservations that had been made. We were the last flight in and one person was running the counter for Budget, Avis and the Payless counter. Staff were not able to login easily which led to like swaps and outdoor waiting for many customers. The staff handled the stress well. Following pick up everything else went smoothly.

What is the point of a Reservation, Is it to reserve a car?
Cons: I used the website to reserve a car. I get on my flight and come to pick up my car, and I am told that my car is no longer there. So my options are to upgrade to a 15 passenger van or pay more for a premium car. Why did I make a reservation with this company if they were not going to save me the car that I reserved. I could have picked another company who understands what reservation means.
Pros: The car was clean, spacious and smelled good. The return of the car went smoothly and quickly. I was able to catch my flight with much time to spare.
Cons: We were encouraged to upgrade at a lower cost. We did upgrade but the total was $100 higher than what we had previously ordered.

Cons: Kayak said it would cost $71, ended up being more than $250 and there were a lot of unmentioned fees. Granted I am 23, and I know there are stipulations when you're not over 25, but I did book the Kayak reservation under the page "under 25 rental car" from a google ad. Secondly, terrible service when checking in, the car didn't even have cruise control for my 9 hour drive and 9 hour drive back. I now have horrible leg cramps. What kind of a car doesn't even have cruise control for $250 for 3 days.....

Pros: Pickup is right outside the terminal across the street, which meant just a few minutes was needed to be on my way.

Cons: Was not labeled well about where to get car. Had to walk around clicking lock on the remote till I heard the car beep. No one to help.
Closed and reservation not on File
Cons: The counter was closed and a sign directed me to Budget Rentals. They were also closed and another sign directed to Avis. They had no record of my reservation.
Pros: The car ran good, that's about all.
Cons: I waited over three hours after my reserved time for them to provide a car and the car they provided was not a full size. When I contacted customer care they refused to adjust my rate or offer any other compensation.
