This was the worst rental experience we have ever had. The vehicle we were given was not large enough for 6 adults, a child and numerous pieces of luggage. Child car seats were sub-standard. Quite frankly, it was a rip off. We will never use Payless again as a result, and will be sure to share our experience on social media to warn others.Reviewed Dec 9 2023

The vans were perfect and affordable for our large party. They accommodated both our people and our luggage., and the drove. The rentals were a little worn but we were on island where everything is imported , so they don’t just have new shipments of cars hanging around. The rental was affordable , however the credit car hold cost more than the car. They did disclose this information so it wasn’t a surprise. The staff was patient, pleasant and weren’t pushy. The rental location was right down the street from the airport so it was ideal for returning. When returning, give yourself a little extra time for them to process your paperwork and get you back to the airport. Remember you’re on a relaxing island, no one is in a rush.Reviewed Dec 8 2023
