Cons:Had reservation for pickup at 8pm. Got there 10 minutes after 8pm to find out they closed at 8pm. Poor communication and should not allow for reservation to be scheduled at closing time.Reviewed Feb 22 2018

Cons:Scheduled pick up for 8pm. They closed at 8pm and no one was able to assist me with rental. I had to cancel and order another car last minute through a different company. I had to pay more and lost 2 hours of time. Called Bridget Whiteman, the supervisor, and she recommended I wait until the next morning to pick up the car. Very poor service and would not recommend.Reviewed Aug 11 2017

Worst value and customer service everCons:After making online reservations and driving across town to pick up the rental car, the rude agent said that I must have a "printed utility bill" as proof of residency. I am 65 years old with a valid drivers license. I provided the license and credit card as I always do and she said she could not rent me the vehicle without the "printed proof of residency". I rent cars almost weekly and will never use Payless again.Reviewed Aug 11 2017
