Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to attractions, beaches, and amenities. Many found the service friendly and professional, with some staff members singled out for their helpfulness. The pool and facilities are often highlighted as standout features. However, there are mixed reviews about cleanliness, with some guests experiencing issues such as musty smells, poor housekeeping, or dampness in rooms. Room sizes and amenities generally meet expectations, though a few guests found them smaller or different than advertised. Overall, the positives of location, service, and pool outweigh the negatives for most guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
