Pros (+) The location of the property is very ideal if you are looking to party, very well maintained, love the greenery and the whole jungle concept right next to the beach. The rooms are very comfortable and quite cozy. The rates are also very competitive.
Cons (-) The room service however closes very early around 10pm, The staff at the reception, the ladies sitting there through the day, never had a smile on their face, when we arrived they started speaking in the local language and laughing at us, they tried to palm us off in another cheaper room which was not as per our booking and when we complained, simply laughed it off. Pros (+) Location was perfect. 2 minute walk to everything you would want to do on Patong beach. The staff was very accommodating and kind.
Cons (-) Breakfast was poor to my liking (but Hey! I can be picky, my partner liked most days.) The front walk in is beside a fresh fish restaurant so you get those scents walking to the reception with a mix of sewage.
