Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to help resolve issues. Many guests also appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. However, several reviews noted that the rooms and bathrooms were quite small, and some mentioned dated furnishings or minor maintenance issues. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness outweighed the negatives for most guests.
