The hotel was truly excellent!! The room was clean and well-organized, with a good use of space. Moreover, the price for the area was exceptional. My thanks to the staff for all of their work!
The staff were very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect. Couldn’t have asked for more for the price.
The room and en-suite were quite small, two people can’t fit in the bathroom at the same time. If you are not staying as a solo traveler or a couple it may be uncomfortable.
The bathroom was very clean and the bed was VERY comfortable and it's queen size! Nice to have a window that opens to get fresh air and had wall plugs to use. Our room was once occupied by Sigmund Freud - that was cool. Picasso also lived in the building for a year.
Very small and the desk is too large in the room. The small dorm-size fridge was gross. It's a very small room but it was fine since we were stay only 2 nights. The elevator - incredibly small but it was fine to fit 1 person and 1 large luggage - that's it! Eating area next to reception was questionable and the reception is very small.
Location is brilliant. Good enough facilities given the location.
Rooms smaller than appeared on pictures and I found it quite noisy as sound seemed to travel easily. We had requested neighbouring rooms which were confirmed on booking the room, but were given rooms on different floors.
It was very clean, although we arrived late and were only staying somewhere for a few hours as we had to leave early again the next day. The staff were lovely and polite the room was extremely clean.
We were on floor 4 and our bedroom was the closest to the road/street there was so much noise/traffic and so much banging it felt like it was at the other side of our room wall it was extremely annoying if we were told about the noise and 8 in the morning but we weren’t it was awful didn’t get much sleep the room was roasting the heating was on all night.
