Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests praised the hotel's staff for being polite and helpful, and many found the location convenient, especially for access to city attractions. However, several guests were dissatisfied with the cleanliness, reporting issues such as dirty linens, insects, and unpleasant odors. Breakfast also received criticism for limited variety or not being provided as promised. Overall, while the service and location were highlights, cleanliness and breakfast offerings need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
