Pros: Great friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful well Yhjought out property and rooms.

Pros: the architecture (50s) and the gardens well maintained. bed very comfortable.

Cons: - check in : the room was not done (used napkins on outside chairs, scrubs on the rug, missing robe, the phone was broken and, well, not checked before arrival). It took the staff one hour to give us a new room, so we had to stay in noisy vacuum cleaner, with maid, phone technician, gouvernante etc. !! - bar at evening : no Martinis, and Margaritas not available any more after 18;30!! the bartender left when we arrived, and we had to stay 15 minutes like this, with no service, no one. we understood why this hotel has no life in the evening, everybody would go out in a more lively and enjoyable place! - pool : the towels are not stored at night, so they are just wet in the morning when you want to get dry after a short swim - cleaning : sometimes, you would find your pyjamas down the floor after the maid passed by, sometimes she would not pass at all... shower glass undone, etc. - check out : we were given the wrong check.... :-) Well, the location is super great, so is the site. But we wonder how Condenast Travellers put this hotel 2nd of 2020 world best resorts. Amazing failure in staff management.

Pros: We absolutely loved it at L'Horizon! Our bungalow was fantastic with a really really comfortable bed, great snacks/drinks/coffee station, wonderful bathroom and we could use Apple TV to connect our devices to play on the TL screen. It was a tad cold so we didn't take advantage of the pool or the outside seating area of our bungalow, but they looked very inviting. We did utilize the bar to have drinks by the fire in the evening and breakfast poolside in the morning. The staff are very friendly and clearly are aiming to make you feel special. They even engraved a bronze plaque with our name for the bungalow door. Special! The valet service was always available.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: The most relaxing stay in a hotel ever. Amazing staff.

Pros: This boutique hotel is special in all the right ways. The staff without exception are lovely, genuinely friendly and accommodating, they always did their utmost to accommodate my requests. My room was beautifully appointed and decorated, and was immaculate and perfectly situated, with glorious views of the pool and the surrounding mountains. The pools and the cabanas are lovely, surrounded as they are by fountains and palms, and the most luxuriant soft lawns imaginable. Tables within the cabanas set with immaculate white linen such as I have not seen for a long time, set the tone for chic poolside dining against the backdrop of the stunning mountainside setting. The attention to detail throughout the hotel, is truly exceptional and the personalised and thoughtful additions genuinely made this a stay to remember! Many thanks to all the staff and Beckie, the general manager. I hope to be back again soon X

Cons: There was genuinely nothing I can say I disliked, and I am a very fussy old bag!:-)

Pros: The facilities were top notch - beautiful architecture, cool mid century design elements, and a great pool area with perfect palm tree and mountain views. There is cool ambient music playing poolside throughout the day and early evening to create the ideal relaxing mood.

Pros: The layout and the outdoor showers

Cons: Everything was broken and rundown and they only had half the things they said they had.

Pros: Rooms comfortable, could use more drawer space

Cons: Restaurant was overpriced and not much of a selection. They were out of more than half the wines on the list. A little more privacy on the outdoor space of the bungalows. A workout facility would have been nice

Cons: Had to ask for a hair dryer three times should have been in the room to begin with.

Pros: It was a good location everything was pretty much close by. Everything was like walking distance it was a good location. Happy with the staff members they were very helpful and very polite.

Pros: It made you feel you are at home as it is apartment with all the amenities you need.

Cons: The swimming pool felt like it wasn’t cleaned daily.

Pros: Kitchen is very well equipped.

Pros: We did not have any breakfast
