Pros:Completely understaffed. A/C wasn’t working. Worst of all both the room and the common areas were dirty. Definitely not sanitized. Half of the pool chairs were broken.
Cons:Everything. Worst experience I’ve had in years.

Pros:Pool was nice but hot tub was closed. Brandon’s restaurant was nice.
Cons:Our bed extremely squeaky. Room was dated and dark brown everywhere. Tile floors were sticky in the room. Overall feel was dingy and not welcoming.

Pros:Great location on the beach. The staff and level of service were excellent. The staff at the restaurant, pool and beach worked hard to fulfill any request.
Cons:The rooms are a little on the small side but nicely appointed. The bathroom is tiny and a challenge for more than one person. The rooms and some interior areas could use a refresh.

Pros:Loved the building. The layout. So visually pleasing. Landscape perfect. Just a beautiful place. Room was awesome. Clean and neat. I would stay here again.
Cons:There were parts that need a little attention. Staff needs better attention at trash on ground. Upstairs spot by pool had dirty dishes laying around and couches were not placed nice. Also needs a good bleaching up there on concrete. Outside furniture needed to be hose down on our porch. Also I had to rearrange it for sitting. Needs a little tlc. Great bones.

Pros:The property is very nice and location couldn’t be better
Cons:The chance for being a gem amongst the boutique hotels is undermined by below average staff and service, which were not really service oriented and mediocre at best. No towels at the beach, and at times no beach attendant, we had a little rain and the staff disappeared (except one really nice waiter); food service was very slow. If they price themselves close to the Eau (Ritz) they should have staff and service comparable to them and they don’t.

Pros:A year ago my wife and I partied in our reception at the Tideline resort. The entire staff had catered to our needs and treated us with great care for our joyous event. So we returned to celebrate our anniversary privately and were surprised when we were treated so well without being the hotel bride & groom. the staff welcomed us with open arms and went above and beyond exemplary service to ensure a wonderful time! I highly recommend for those who have not experienced this unique 'boutique' ambiance to go out of the way to make sure that there's space in your busy calendar for a weekend retreat at the Tideline.

Pros:I have stayed a quite a few hotels and this one was top notch. The staff was very nice and welcoming. Everyone employee I encountered during my stay was extremely friendly. The front desk staff gave me a free room upgrade to ocean view, and the room was amazing! There's a small balcony with two chairs on the balcony. The beds are clean and comfortable, and the bathroom is sleek and modern. I brought my dog with me, and pets can stay free at this hotel which was also a nice perk. The dinner at the hotel was excellent, and there is a complimentary wine hour with appetizers in the lobby everyday. If I'm ever visiting palm beach again, this will definitely be the hotel I stay at.
Cons:Same complaint as most others- The hallway lighting is quite dark. You almost have to squint to see the room numbers. The bathroom lighting was quite dark as well. Kind of romantic but hard to see.
