James and Lisa were extremely friendly and accommodating. Room was well appointed, and the breakfast fantastic.

The property is modern and finished to an exceptional standard. The room was very comfortable and warm with fresh milk for your hot drinks and fresh cold drinking water. The breakfast was of a very good standard and the view overlooking the estuary was wonderful. Happily recommend this as a quality B&B.

The building feels very modern and fresh but is also decorated in way that makes it feel very homely. Room was extremely comfortable and well appointed with lots of nice little touches that help put your stay above the average B&B experience, and the breakfast area has a fantastic view across the water. Free parking is very useful and the location is just a few minutes walk from the town centre. As a light sleeper I also appreciated how peaceful it was, with zero noise from other guests or the surrounding area. Last but not least, you couldn't ask for better hosts - really friendly and helpful, excellent local knowledge, and serving a sublime breakfast! They've clearly worked very hard to make a stay at Tor View as good as it gets.

The location is great for getting into the centre of Padstow, and the room and breakfast were both very good, as were the hosts who were very friendly and welcoming to us.
