Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. I am being told I have to write two or three sentences This makes three.
Wi-Fi was not working. I suspect all that needed doing was rebooting the router. In fairness, I did not raise this as an issue as I was too busy exploring Oxford and Blenheim Palace to want to be in my room on the internet.
The staff were lovely, hotel convenient for town. Breakfast good
We were supposed to have a garden view! We were put in room 16 in the ground floor. Our view was a wall, iron railings and car park! Also the toilet was so close to the bath you could hardly get your knees in and my husband abs I are not large!
The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The location of the hotel was good. The bedroom exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was very good.
Very good. Very pleasant staff. Relaxed seating and well prepared food.
Good accommodation and no complaints. More than happy to stay again.
Bed was hard and uncomfortable There was intermittent hot water - all staff could do was shrug their shoulders and say it was the heating system When I first tried to book online directly with the hotel, the final bill had a huge service charge which was not declared when I was booking, so I cancelled it and booked another way, which didn't have the surcharge. Doesn't inspire me with much confidence
