Pros: I was there just to sleep and the hotel was perfect for the purpose

Pros: the hotel staff is very friendly, and professional. The free breakfast was excellent, great choice of options!
Pros: Staff very pleasant. Room clean and spacious.
Cons: Needs water cooler in lobby. Pancake machine out of battery no scrambled eggs.

Pros: good nice clean
Pros: Great location. Very quiet. Friendly staff. Clean breakfast area. Indoor pool was an added bonus. You can open the windows to get fresh air and hear the birds chirping in the woods out back.
Cons: I did find 2 hairs on the wall of the shower but I guess its hard to make sure every little hair is cleaned away. Even with that I would consider the room to be very clean.
Pros: Very good place to stay!
Pros: Nice clean rooms. Everything was well taken care of.
Pros: Very friendly staff, great hot breakfast!
Cons: Had lots of running in hallway from kids. Doors close loudly! The loudness in hallway is not Hampton's problem... lack of respect from other patrons!
Pros: The staff was very helpful.
Cons: No chest of drawers in the room so we were upgraded to a king suite. At first, they forgot to give us the microwave but brought it later after we complained.
Cons: Bed was old and stabbed you as you slept...Smells in the room filthy
Pros: The quiet upper floor room, the mattress, linens,, and the renovated room.
Cons: Metal bed bases that squeaked loudly when one moved in bed. The breakfast area is cold, especially when the lobby doors opened.
Pros: very courteous staff...greets us warmly, with a little extra. nice pool, not too warm not too cold. all night coffee/tea, great breakfast. Hampton inn, quite honestly, has redefined my expectations for hotels.
Pros: Love that there is a hotel that still has smoking rooms.
Cons: I stay in a lot of smoking rooms and this one STANK. Also, housekeeping came in and made my bed but did not empty ashtrays or take out the trash. Since this room has a kitchen, there was food in the trashcan. It would have been nice to have it emptied.
Cons: Heated pool was freezing cold and staff said it was 82 but actually was 70

Pros: It was conveniently located near several restaurants and just off the highway.
Pros: It's location was conveniently located and back off the highway so it was quiet.
Cons: The only thing that could have been better was the pool. It was small and very crowded.
Pros: Bed, whole setup and small comfy couch
Cons: Bathroom and shower too small, not designed for two people to be in there.
Pros: The male receptionist was outstanding. he is usually there in the evenings
Pros: I am a big Marriott fan. Nicest rooms, comfiest beds, best quick bites and breakfasts.
Pros: Very lovely hotel except we were in a room that faced an outdoor light making it impossible to get our room dark for sleeping.
Pros: Cleanliness. Comfy bed.
Cons: No creamers for the coffee maker in the room. Bathroom was very small.

Pros: The staff was great
Pros: Good sized room. Good breakfast.
Cons: Pet fee high.
Pros: Room set up / comfort/ decor and cleanliness
Pros: Large Queen Studio Rooms. Spacious. Right across from Campus. Hop and skip to food. Great kitchen area.
Cons: I’m 6ft 4 and the shower was meant for somebody about a foot shorter than me. Wasn’t the end of the world, but whatever.. luckily it was only one night.
Pros: Upon arrival, the front desk clerk was very welcoming and also sympathetic, as we were in town for my mother's funeral service. The breakfast buffet was very good, with a wide variety of choices. The hostess was very pleasant and did an exceptional job of monitoring the buffet and offering assistance, as needed.
Cons: We would have preferred a choice of firmness with the bed pillows.
Pros: The staff, cleanliness and breakfast were great. The landscaping was lovely. There are not enough character spaces to give a full description.
Cons: The bed claimed to be a Queen but was smaller than a Queen and sagged in the middle which made sleeping uncomfortable. There were no extra blankets in the room. The hotel was hard to find being that it was off a very dark service road.
Pros: Layout/ price/ kitchenette
Pros: How it has a kitchen with all the appliances and how it felt more like a "residence" instead of a room. Great amenities as well as a staff. They so had a vatiety of breakfast items that were fresh and yummy. Would definitely come back and recommend it.
Cons: The pool was closed :-( other than that everything was great!
Pros: Very clean, extremely roomy and spacious. Fabulous location central and close to shops, University, etc. Huge breakfast buffet and overall very convenient, well-priced hotel.
Cons: I only wish I would have gotten the room with a fireplace since it was snowing. Other than that, the room I did get was super spacious, huge full size kitchen, just nothing to complain about. The bed was very comfortable as well.

Pros: The bed and pillows were amazing. I have trouble sleeping and I was able to sleep 6 hours straight. The one bedroom suite was very spacious and clean.
Cons: Many options for breakfast, however, the food was bland. Coffee was weak.
Pros: Queen one bedroom suite was great for our family group of 5. Nice to have 2 rooms and a kitchen with coffee maker. Children enjoyed the pool. Excellent breakfast with hot and cold items.
Cons: Bit far from our route on the freeway; confusing to get back on route to NYC but worth it to get a one bedroom suite.
Pros: It was very clean and all the staff we encountered were kind, helpful and welcoming
Cons: Christmas decor was dated
Pros: The size of the rooms
Cons: The pool was closed the entire time we were there for cleaning.
Pros: Breakfast was good
Cons: Linens were with yellow stains and FO staff asked me to come get my own linens from the desk
Pros: The breakfast and front desk staff.
Cons: The pool could have been in order.
Pros: It has a home-like feel
Pros: We didn't avail ourselves of the buffet but it looked good, was plentiful and hot, and the coffee was ready to go when I got up and I'm an EARLY riser :)
Cons: Would be MOST excellent if you were pet friendly.
Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable
Cons: The shower was slippery, could use some form of grippers or mat
Cons: Breakfast was not good. Oatmeal was cold. No microwave. Ran out of food often. Utensils were not refilled in timely manner.
Pros: The hotel is at a great location with plenty of restaurants close by
Cons: The shower could use some sort of anti slip mat
Pros: Great breakfast and friendly staff
Cons: Room was old and there was a hole in the door and paint peeling. Room was not fully cleaned when we checked in, still picking things up that we found as we stayed but when brought to staff attention the immediately attended to situation.

Pros: Good breakfast. Super friendly attendant in breakfast room. Housekeeping was super nice and accommodating. Will stay here again!
Pros: Strawberry waffles were great. Bed was comfy.
Cons: The breakfast needs to be rethought as does getting a jacuzzi.
Pros: Continental breakfast
Cons: Pool not available first night
Pros: Good location and 2 employees were very pleasant - the overnight shift front desk female and the lady who is in charge of breakfast.
Cons: No cleaning service and nobody at the front desk during the day. Refrigerator could not be used due to strong, rotten odor. Requests to have it cleaned were ignored.
Pros: Nothing! Arrived at hotel at 11:45 PM 11/28. Could not enter lobby as it was locked. Tried calling front desk for 25 minutes as no one answered or was visibly at desk. Called my brother at midnight who was in another room to come down and let us in.
Cons: See above. Manager finally woke up (he admitted he was sleeping). When I asked him for an adjustment on bill he told me that he could give me 10%, when I said that was un-satifactory he said I was just looking for money. Terrible!
Pros: The location was only 1/4 mile from the University of Binghamton
Cons: The hotel and rooms are definitely dated and dinghy (old and in need of remodeling) and the price was a bit higher compared to the other neighboring hotels of better quality.
Pros: Good location and close to everything. Staff was very friendly.
Pros: Nice clean modern room at a great price
Pros: Staff was nice & helpful. Had a pool, breakfast included & on site, convenient location.
Cons: Extremely noisy with the traffic on vestal parkway. It sure it would have been quieter, but If we would have known how noisy it would be all night long, we would have asked for a room on back side of hotel or not booked a room at that location. Windows need to be sound proofed. Bathroom was not clean when we arrived.
Pros: Friendly staff, comfortable room, and LOVED breakfast! Eggs, sausage, yogurt, waffles, in addition to cereal and toast, etc. Delightful.
Cons: carpeting in room (I much prefer wood or pergo).

Pros: The property is dog friendly and close to my daughter’s school. It is also well kept and they serve a complimentary breakfast.
Pros: Near to University
Pros: Friendly staff
Pros: The location to Binghamton University is absolutely THE BEST. Literally right across the road.
Cons: When I walked in to check in, I was “greeted” with (rudely) “If you’re checking in I need your ID & credit card” (she wasn’t even behind the desk yet. Some guy was wandering around with pizza, eating in the back. The next day our room was never cleaned, we wanted clean towels, we had to go to the desk & get some because housekeeping never showed up to our room. A decent hotel for the price we paid, but definitely was treated like an inconvenience NOT a guest.
Pros: Dog friendly Great coffee Friendly staff Good breakfast & gym & Wifi

Cons: Long walk to get to lobby when they gave us wrong room keys and wrong room. We went in room already occupied.
Pros: After driving 4 hours in the snow I was greated so nicely. And then to find out you had a lounge was fantastic.
