Pros (+) NOT A DAMN THING!!!!!!
Cons (-) The whole experience. From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out. Unprofessional staff and very poorly kept hotel. Roaches running around like they were also guests trying to find their room. This place makes Orlando look bad. Needs to be shut down.

Pros (+) NOTHING
Cons (-) They had no idea what was going on. They stated that our reservation was not seen in their system and it has been more than a week that I am trying to get my money back since i was turned away. This was an extremely upsetting situation and I will probably never use kayak again due to them advertising this horrible hotel.
