It was a place to sleep and the staff! Absolutely wonderful and pleasant!
If I complain, what good is that going to do? No one cares and no one will do anything about it.
Water in room did not get hot.
Shower Bed comfort and comforter
The hotel was clean and simple. The continental breakfast was amazing. There was a staff member constantly re-filling all of the continental breakfast items. We left an iPad and they held onto it for us for four days. Very honest polite staff.
Room had been remodeled and was clean but remodeling efforts were very amateurish and rough. Of the 3 lamps in the room, only one had lightbulbs. The staff were very helpful and courteous, but if I had not been so tired I would have requested another
Room was clean with adequate towels and supplies.
The hot/cold water lines were reversed in the sink, and the toilet seat had loosened screws (least expensive style seat considering the rest of the toilet appeared of good quality).
We requested a "king" room, but the bath was very small, had a shower but not a tub, and the water pressure was poor. The man at the desk offered us a "2 beds" room -handicapped- with a bench in tub. Not good! Cold processed eggs for "hot breakfast".
Very nice clean room. The staff was personable and eager to help. Great location right off the interstate
The location was right of the interstate and it was clean
The bathroom only had a shower
People were friendly and hospitable.
The room smelled so strongly of sewage that we could hardly rest comfortably.
