The locations is epic! No words can describe it! Once you are at the farm stay it’s really hard to go back to your normals life ;)
I would recommend the management to build an enclosure for the water pumps to muffle their noise. Also the food/breakfast can be made a bit better.
Resort people ask customers to park own vehicles somewhere middle of the forest and take customers to resort in off roaring trucks. While you return to your car after pleasant stay, you will find your car with lot of dents and scratches. They will not care for your personal car safety. My car got many dents and scratches in just one day stay. If you complaint also they are located at the resort no one will come to you and respond properly.
The property is spread over a vast landscape away from civilization and so is quite peaceful and relaxing. There are so many activities to do for kids.
The access to location is painstaking. There is no road. You have to park your car some 2-3 km away from hotel and then hotel's transport (huge truck) takes you to hotel. The truck literally climbs mountain and so is very rough.
Location was excellent.
Food was expensive. Options were less. All 3 meals should be included for this price.
The location is amazing and the farm aspect of the stay is amazing. You get to ride horses, pet sheep, milk cows and feed turkeys. Lots of activities for the children!
Everything else was absolutely disgraceful, especially the completely untrained staff at reception who could have our rooms ready only 2.5 hours after check-in time and subsequently did nothing to make up for this. We had to insist ourselves that we would check out late. We were told there was no room service and we later found there was. My husband saw a rat in the dining room at breakfast. The standard rooms are basic- not much natural light and bathrooms basic. At checkout they remembered they hadn’t scanned our iD’s. Then they couldn’t swipe my debit or credit cards which I use on a regular naisa around the world. It took 3 staff, 30 minutes and 15 tries on both cards before one was finally accepted. They had one payment machine. We came across staff who were leaving after just one day of working there. Rooms are named after personalities and guests checked in this way, but staff know them only by room numbers. Equals total confusion when you are charging anything to your room.
