Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, which allowed easy access to the city center, port, and main attractions. Many found the rooms and apartments clean and spacious, and several reviews highlighted good value for money. However, there were frequent complaints about the lack of staff presence, poor communication, and difficulties during check-in. Some guests also noted noise issues due to thin walls and lack of sound insulation. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some finding it adequate and others unimpressed. Overall, while the location and cleanliness stood out positively, service and noise levels were common concerns.
