9,5 Excellent
Pros: Everything! Massive room, in the city centre in the middle of all the shops and restaurants!
Cons: The air conditioning is not on while you are out of the room and takes time to cool down when you return.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great Location, Hospitale Employees
Cons: NA
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good location, friendly & nice staffs, big clean room and terrass on top floor are very good.
Cons: nothing in special, but it would be better if there is bathtab.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Breakfast was great and many choices. Front staff excellent and very helpful in providing information. Very quick to help when wife left handbag in taxi. Was returned to hotel intact one hour later. Greatly relieved and very thankful.
Cons: Having a fridge that stays on permanently and allowing cold drinks available when returning to room in the afternoon. All power is cut off when access card is removed when leaving room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous central location with amazing roof garden giving you overall view of the city. Very friendly and helpful staff, pleasant all the time, ready to help with any question you may have. Parking is definitely a bonus as it is not easy to find parking place in the centrally located hotel. Beds super comfortable, super clean room with amazing breakfast featuring the best coffee in Sardinia - without exaggeration! We will be back soon :-)
9,5 Excellent
Pros: great location, short walk to shops, bars, restaurants, Very friendly, helpful staff. Large clean room with large clean bathroom. Great view from rooftop terrace - great place to start and end an evening out.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the fact that the room was super clean every time we got home, the personnel was always interested in our comfort and well-being (e.g. the cleaning lady accidentally took my PJs while changing the bed sheets and they returned them to me, after 3 days, perfectly clean - I was truly impressed) and that rooftop terrace was perfect - for drinking our morning coffee and prosecco in the evenings. We spent our honeymoon here and we came back with the best memories and feelings.
Cons: Not applicable :D
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The 6th floor rooftop seating area has an uninterrupted panorama of the mountainous horizon all around Olbia - it is enthralling, with a few cosy sofa-nooks for more privacy, at varying levels in different directions. You can sunbathe, you can sit out for sunset, you can soak up the night atmosphere over the terracotta rooftops , clear views in all directions. Hotel Panorama would be my choice in Olbia every time. Plus all the location advantages and generous breakfast.
Cons: My partner and I are both "weight-watchers", me for diabetes-control reasons. We have no need of the usual bathroom accessories, hairdryers, shower-caps, but a set of bathroom digital scales would be really helpful, as it is so easy to pile on the pounds on holiday.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Rooftop terrace spectacular. Breakfast awesome and location the best!
Cons: Nothing!
7,5 Good
Pros: Nice included breakfast, some front desk staff more helpful than others. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but lovely rooftop, mostly everything very clean and nicely appointed.
Cons: The spa left a lot to be desired.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very well located
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally courteous and helpful staff. When we arrived, we were taken by the hand, car was parked for us, offered great recommendations, brought up to our room, etc. Great breakfast!
Hotel Centrale - Olbia - Hotel amenity

9,1 Excellent (521 reviews)
R1 450+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Centrale in Olbia (Olbia City Centre), you'll be a 5-minute walk from National Archaeological Museum of Olbia and 8 minutes by foot from Basilica of San Simplicio. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and dry cleaning/laundry services.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: It’s a small property superbly located at Olbia downtown with close access to everything but the beach. Great attention from the staff and very clean. Really enjoyed my stay.
Cons: If looking for details: I’m used to bigger TV screens. Maybe it isn’t that little but a little far from bed though. It’s impossible to get the room less colder with the A/C on and if you turn it off room become very hot. It’s not that dramatic. Would like better temperature control between freezing cold or extremely hot. There was some construction just outside my balcony/window so it was really difficult to rest the jet lag off at working hours. Nothing that precludes to enjoy and rate the stay as a great one.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Right in centre of town - on main street (but not noisy at all) Staff helpful & friendly.
Cons: This was last night of our holiday - wanted to be back in Olbia for flight home next day. Very nice, central hotel - comfortable & convenient. Would recommend it.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable, clean and great atmosphere! Staff were super professional and at the same time friendly and helpful. Service was impecable.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Good Breakfast
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable, cozy and within walking distances from an array of restaurants and shops to choose from. The ice-cream shop next to it is also a must.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location and air conditioning
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Much to see and do around this hotel. Very comfortable rooms and good internet.
Cons: Nothing really. The hotel is located on a ZTL which does not make it easy to drive directly to the hotel. A taxi can bring you close to the hotel, but if you drive, there is paid street parking about a 5-8 minute walk away that I found.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Location and cleaness
Cons: Breakfast room just a little bit too small
10,0 Excellent
Pros: All of the staff were so helpful. We could not have asked for better!! The location is perfect, air conditioning was superb for the hot days, very clean, good food. Staff amazing!!!
Cons: Nothing to dislike!!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the area. I got plenty of tips on what to do and where to go.
Cons: The bed was a bit hard and the whole place felt a bit dated. WiFi was also down, although I was told this was only temporary.

7,5 Good
Pros: Location and breakfast
Cons: Bathrooms look old and very poor light, the bed and pillows wasn’t comfortable at all
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location a short stroll from the centre of town and overlooking the marina. Design was classic (lots of chandeliers!) and room was spotless with a great range of toiletries. Staff were fantastic, helped us with a few unusual requests and were very friendly.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was correct. The proximity of both the city and the port made it super convenient for us.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the centre of Olbia. Facilities were very clean, and breakfast was amazing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room with high ceilings, a huge balcony, a really large and bright bathroom. The hotel definitely felt presidential!! My best hotel experience in Sardinia.
Cons: The breakfast was okay and the coffee was substandard.
5,5 Okay
Pros: Charming old-fashioned decor. Would have been great if we were aloud to park at the premises but instead we were appointed some secluded parking lot from where we had to carry our heavy luggage by hand because there was no pavement.
Cons: Breakfast was very standard, boring and without taste, waiters was very kind and helpful though. The room felt empty but otherwise clean enough. Reception staff was unwelcoming.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good service and clean comfortable rooms.
Cons: Nescafé machine coffee at breakfast rather than proper espresso or cafetire
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, parking was great. Spacious and clean room. Breakfast was ok - bigger selection that most Italian hotels. Nice and helpful staff at reception and in the restaurant. Overall, good value for money.
Cons: No proper coffee at breakfast - only a nescafe machine :(
10,0 Excellent
Pros: As always, impeccable services, state of the art refurbishment while being maybe the most fascinating hotel in the city, and certainly the most centrally located. Excellent breakfast, internet, even chance for a free of charge parking and a wonderful atmosphere. Thank you very much!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious and very clean room and bathroom, very good breakfast, terrace, helpful staff, location...
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was welcoming and it was a great location to airport. We had to leave at 4:30 am to make our flights and it was great being so close.
Cons: We were asked if we would like a wake up call and we confirmed that we did; however, it never came. It was a good thing that I set an alarm on my phone as back up or we would have totally overslept and missed our flights.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: - Very close to beach - Great breakfast - Great staff - Nice view - Minutes away from the bus stop
Cons: Everything was great.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: Super friendly staff, great breakfast and very clean.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Abbaruja hotel has the perfect location. The beautiful beach is a 5 minute walk, where you find different beach restaurants with great cocktails and food! The supermarket and the busstation is a 3 minute walk. The Abbaruja staff was amazing. They were so helpfull and sweet, they made this trip even better than expected. The hotel itself has everything you need for a relaxing trip. The rooms are clean and had enough space! The property is just beautiful, full of plants and flowers. We had a wonderful stay here, and will definitely return!
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating! They even printed a few things we needed and they got a soya yoghurt at breakfast especially for me! The breakfast was varied and the hotel is close to the beach. They have nice parking available. The hotel is a bit vintage style and they offer sun umbrellas and sun chairs to take to the beach.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in the Center of Pittulongu and Bados region, so it is easy to reach near by restaurants by foot. Also it is very close to sandy beach of Pittulongu, which is excellent for vegetation. Hotel itself is perfect and keeps up after preview evaluations and reviews: superb people works here, excellent breakfast, perfect bar.
Cons: The only downside for the location, that there is no gelato place around. In the room air conditioner works weakly, especially if you collect a lot of heat while laying on the beach, but it is more personal problem, not the hotels problem. Maybe some place for drying wet clothes would be nice improvement.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff Location (few minutes to beach) Private car parking Good breakfast Lovely garden Clean rooms
Cons: Facilities were a bit worn out, but wasn’t a big deal
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Good and quiet location, short walk to beach and surrounding restaurants.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, air-conditioned spacious room. Charming breakfasting area and outdoor patio. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location for Pittulongu beach.
Cons: Nothing, however, beware of biting insects when having a drink in the hotel garden at night.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Small friendly hotel. The staff were very friendly, Not a lot of English spoken but we managed to get across everything we wanted. Breakfast is just continental, no cooked stuff except for soft-boiled eggs but considering the climate that was all we wanted. They made fresh coffees for us from the espresso machine each day. Not a lot of facilities at the hotel but the beach is only a 5 minute walk and there are several restaurants around. The hotel was quiet and peaceful so perfect for a couple but maybe not brilliant for a family. The sunbeds on the beach are a little pricey, the best we got was 18 euros a day for 2 beds and an umbrella but it still made the overall stay very competitive with other hotels.
Cons: The balconies are very small, pretty much just a walkway between rooms but as the hotel was so quiet they were good enough to have a glass of wine on post-beach and pre-dinner.
7,0 Good
Pros: Good breakfast, convenient location - close to a nice beach with a lot of amenities. Staff is plain great, always ready to help!
Cons: Even if clean, the hotel is too old, needs extensive works; you do not feel like being in a modern three-star. Water flow is not stable.

7,5 Good
Pros: Nice place overall. I arrived quite late do was never able to try the restaurant.
Cons: I found the hosts to be rather unhelpful, as if I was bothering them by staying there. Maybe it was the language barrier :/
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Family run winery with rooms. Clean and charming.
Cons: nothing.
6,3 Good
Pros: The kids loved the animals and the garden. Beautiful blossoming garden
Cons: Beds where uncomfortable and rooms could have been cleaner. Dim lights.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place and delicious food and wine
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent friendly bed & breakfast hotel. Beautiful gardens & vineyard. Hosts exceptionally welcoming.
Cons: Nothing
7,0 Good
Pros: It is a family run small hotel of 10/12 rooms. Top quality breakfast. Great location to explore the area of Olbia (15 minutes from the center of teh cuty by car and to the main beaches).
Cons: We were disappointed to be given a room which was (very) close to the road. The room is soundproof in this respect, but the view was really not so great (directly to the corssroad with a lot of traffic at day time). We could not change the room as the hotel was full. We were offered however a glass of wine by the owner for such a situation, but were surprised to see it on the bill at the end of our stay. It is rather unpleasant to have to argue about a 12 euros charge as if you were trying to screw the hotel (which was definitely how the daughter of made us feel). As far as we are concerned, we would not come back to this place.
9,3 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast does not have fruits and it is not buffet.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was really good. The location was perfect, if you have a car: it is on the nature, but close to the city (Olbia). Lots of animals and grapes growing on the backyard. Try the locally made wine - it's delicious! (We only tried the white one.)
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location to visit the north of Sardinia. The owners are really kind, they even dropped us to the airport to collect our rental car. We also experienced a great wine tasting as the property is well known in Sardinia to produce wine.
Cons: I would suggest to refill more often the amenities (water / cosmetics) in the room. In 7 nights spent in the property none of it has been refilled. Also the breakfast was great but a bit a change everyday would be better (ham / cheese / different bread and croissant..).
7,0 Good
Pros: Extremaly comfy beds and pillows. Independent cabin. Good breakfast. Nice staff.
Cons: Smell in the room and the bathroom.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed at Eduardo's B&B between the end of August and the beginning of September. The B&B is well located and furnished with all the essentials. However, the real asset is Eduardo, very friendly and recommending archaeological sites, restaurants, wine tasting tours, etc. . Anything you need, he has the answer, totally recommended if you want to live like a local!.
Cons: The room was a bit basic. I was expecting better from the picture on booking.com
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Elegant, welcoming, superior service!!! I couldn't be happier and satisfy with everyone and everything.
Cons: The only thing I didn't liked is the fact that I couldn't stay much longer, I'm really going to miss this place Ciro B&B. 5 star B&B well deserved not doubt about that! !!
7,0 Good
Pros: Good value for money and spacious room. Staff very helpful with our late check in due to our flight being delayed. Fairly close to the airport by taxi.
Cons: The lack of curtains to keep light out of the room and the light on the roof which flashed all night. Breakfast was just a crossaint, juice and coffee.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Lovely garden and an awesome host.
Cons: -
7,0 Good
Pros: Big clean room and bathroom Friendly staff
Cons: The continental breakfast was wrapped biscuits and croissants , juice in tetrapak and coffee from plastic cup at the machine upstairs. It was ok but it is surprising being called continental breakfast. Also we were not allowed to pay by credit card although mentioned on description. And as we arrived around midnight (with a 3 years old) my ID was kept until we bring back the cash the day after. We travelled a lot and even in remote area never had to leave our papers!
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast n/a. Very warm welcome and extremely obliging host. Suggested lots of places to visit and even offered to give us advice by phone if we needed it during the rest of our holiday in Sardinia.
Cons: There was nothing not to like.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Edwardo was very helpful he always there to help top man 10 out of ten
Cons: breakfast was not so good
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Edoardo was very nice and welcoming. Room bathroom and bed super clean. Fridge and espresso machine available. There’s a TV set. Great patio to chill out. Quiet street off the city center. Bar and supermarket 5 min walk. Highly recommend.
Cons: The room was a bit cold during nighttime (Mid April)
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good location, clean rooms and bathroom. The owner Eduardo was very friendly and helpful. He helped us to solve some of our issues that pop out at the moment.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Even if not in the center of Olbia, you can move easily to reach it. My room was silent and large. Everything was clean and the property very kind. I recommend.
Cons: There is nothing a could say a didn't like.

Pros: Great hotel, just a few paces from main street. Excellent staff, nice breakfast. Definately worth the 5 euros for parking (book this in advance)
Cons: Building work next door, small amount of noise in the mornings, but not too intrusive
10,0 Excellent
Pros: A small, very clean, super friendly hotel, great location and exceptional value for money. Staff spoke perfect English and were so helpful. Breakfast was well presented, lots of options. Lady who managed the breakfast room was lovely. Spa offered at a discounted rate - well worth exploiting!
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was ok, bad was Great! Very clean and comfortable
Cons: I paid everyone via booking and yet, upon checkout, they asked for city taxthat apparently was not included and thy didn't mention upon check-in
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is a perfect little retreat in a central location. Beautiful decor, exceptionally clean and the staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. The spa is also adds to the relaxing nature of this hotel and is great.
Cons: No negatives at all
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent. Central to the main street with great choice of bars and restaurants. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Shower was good once we managed to work out how to get it on.
Cons: Initial welcome was a little undewhelming. Our room was located in a separate building down the road from the main hotel. We weren't shown where to get breakfast or any of the facilities available to us in the main hotel, and although we were taken to our room we were left at the door with no explanation of where to find things or how to use the complex shower. There was no complimentary bottled water and very limited miniature bathroom cosmetics..... Take your own conditioner! The balcony although large was unwelcoming. It had dirt and pigeon droppings on the floor and sunbeds, and no effort had been made to make it a pleasant space with plants, table etc. Bare wires on floor and unfinished work on wall didn't add to the ambiance.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast selection. Perhaps it is time to update the coffee machine BUT aside from that, we were happy with the selection
Cons: We were happy with the customer service and the facilities.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed the dining out and selection of places to dine. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and made our stay very welcome
Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: The bathrooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. The living room of the hotel was designed really good and was very cosy. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times of the day and the SPA was very clean.
Cons: It was not really noticeable at the time of the booking that you would have to book the SPA too or you would have to pay it after your stay adding too the other expenses. Could have been more clearly marked on the booking.com site of the hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, the location, the spa, the decor, the room and lovely staff, highly recommended.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was comfortable and cosy with an outside terrace in a great location next to the town
Cons: Everything was great

Pros: Danielle is very gracious and kind.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and fairly spacious. There is air conditioning, which isn't very common in the area. The Olbia city center is quite close, and it's a nice place for dinner or just a stroll.
Cons: The breakfast had lots of options, but all of them were store-bought. We would have preferred some fresh pastries from a bakery rather than many different options from the store.
7,5 Good
Pros: Not bad, just a one night stay because we were flying the next, early. Our hosts were gracious enough to let us check in WAY early without notice - Thank you Daniella for organising our shuttle to the airport- he was great! Xx
Cons: The security cameras - that was very weird for us, but we understand if you like security!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Fun area - not touristy so good local restaurants and food shops. For us good location near boatyard
Cons: Nothing
6,3 Good
Pros: Clean and totally okay for a one-night-stay after a long journey. Has a late night bar for a nightcap.
Cons: Weird place right next to a gas station. The staff is professional, but not exactly friendly by own initiative. The hotel has probably seen better days.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: This is a very unprepossessing hotel - it has a petrol station right in front of it, for example, but it is also a good functional hotel with great staff and a good breakfast. It is immaculately clean. The bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel. It is about 25 mins walk to the old town, and about 20 minutes on a direct bus to the airport.
Cons: Once you accept that the location is what it is, the reception area and rooms are quite pleasant.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: Very poor breakfast (lady served us old bread). No vegetables and cheeses at all. Fan in the bathroom worked very loud. In the triple room third bed was added like ad hoc solution in the middle of the room.

Pros: For someone who has just come off a 29 hour flight into Olbia, this is the perfect place to stay for that first night before you venture into Sardinia! Excellent staff, english speaking, and even helped me when I had a case of extreme jetlag and didn't know how to work things in my room :) It is on a direct bus route from the airport, (the 02), it has a vodafone store that is open late only a 6 minute walk up the same road to buy a local sim card from, it has a supermarket behind it, a chemist across the road on the corner, and incidentally a fantastic hair products shop over the road in case you want quality dye to touch up your colour whilst overseas ;) Oh, and excellent strong espresso for the morning! They were also great with answering any questions I had about payments, storing luggage, or smoking on the balcony etc before I traveled. I will happily stay there again next year :)

Cons: Quite a distance to the town centre. It isn’t actually a b&b there was no breakfast on offer at all. No kitchette either. Shower head leaking. Toilet paper holder kept falling off wall. Towels and linen looking old. If you speak English checking in is not particularly easy, while the lady who gave me the key was friendly.

Cons: Staff serving the breakfast is very slow and not really kind. Housekeeping comes very late to clean the room. Gym is too small.
5,0 Okay
Pros: - Location. Only 10 mins drive from/to the airport. Since we had a rental car, it was easy to get around.
Cons: I don’t know why I sort of disagreed with most people here. When booking, we were considering this hotel and Mercure. At the end, we decided to book this hotel because of its location and the brand they carry, hoping that the hotel would meet their standards but we actually found the hotel was overrated. 1. When we had the drinks at the bar, we were given some olives together with the drinks. Those olives were so terrible as they have been re-sold for many times during the day. 2. The room we had (No. 405) comes with a nice balcony but as it’s facing the sunrise side, we didn’t get to sit out there at all. The shower is terrible small even for me, a 160-cm woman. I find it so uncomfortable. Bed was terribly soft and that makes your body uneven whenever you lie down and this have cost us very bad back pains. The AC was quite loud but at least it helps on the hot days. 3. We found the staff, in general, their male staff, were not friendly and helpful at all especially the guy named Fabrizio. He walked away during the conversation with guests with NO style at all (this happened on 03.08.2019 around 19:30-20:00 in case you want to check with your camera). The lady at the reception and the tour desk, however, were very nice and helpful. Thanks to these ladies. 4. Breakfast was okay. But be careful when using their plates and cups as they are quite old and small pieces keep falling off. This can be dangerous for those who wouldn’t see them.
7,0 Good
Pros: It was clean. We did not try the swimming pool but it was beautiful. Breakfast buffet is ok, diversified with salty and sweet food. Mattress was excellent, nice inside room. Staff was kind and polite.
Cons: For a 4 star hotel, I would expect more. In the shower, there were only 1 shampoo gel, 1 shower gel, 1 body cream. They could give more for 2 people. And could include eye pad to remove makeup. There were no inside shoe, no bathrobe. Breakfast: no fresh fruit (it was from can). Area not quite pleasant and isolated (even if the city center was about 15mn away - we have not tried by walk). You need a car or a cab to access the hotel. Elevator super slow. Hotel would need to be refreshed in some area to become a full 4 star hotel. Isolation not so good, we were able to hear people from the corridor.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were all very warm and friendly. We had a great stay. In particular, we thought the cleaner on level 3 was so happy and lovely. The waitress in the restaurant with the brown hair and a short ponytail was also very sweet.
Cons: The restaurant at night lacks ambience but luckily the service made up for this.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent facilities, spacious family room (2 adults & 2 kids), beautiful pool, good food, friendly & quick service, easy to reach when arriving with evening ferry
Cons: Residential area was fine for our purpose (arriving with late ferry) but requires a car to get to town centre

8,8 Excellent
Pros: The proerty is located very close to the airort, still on a very quiet place. The staff is very helpful and kind. The rooms and commona areas are very clean and all looks new, including the swimming pool. Although the rooms are non smoking, a balcony or terrace is available so smokers are happy too. Generous breakfast with plenty of fresh priducts, including fruit.
Cons: The location is a bit anonymous
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Very good option for the airport with free parking next to the hotel. Clean, large rooms , Nice pool & very nice staff. Some nice small & quiet beaches in the neighbourhood away from the busier places.
Cons: I was in a ground floor room which had double doors out onto a small communal courtyard- this was the only window so when the doors/shutters are open there is very little privacy- shutters closed meant a dark room. It’s only a detail and didn’t bother me for a one night stay.
4,5 Okay
Cons: They were not very flexible. We had to leave for our flight early and breakfast was out of the question - yet when we were about too leave in the morning there was already a lot served out. We couldnt touch it though, which seemed very weird because we paid for it.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: It made an excellent base to start and end s cycle tour of northern Sardinia. The manager was most welcoming and took us with our boxed bikes to the airport. Very good breakfast.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very friendly hotel with lovely staff very attentive the owner Tomas was extremely kind took us to beach picked us up very close to good restaurants the hotel wine and beer very cheap for a hotel the pool is very good and clean the room was large and clean plenty of power on the shower will recommend to my friends
Cons: Nothingrelaxed
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Booked this hotel because of its location near the Olbia airport, and I had a late arrival. The rental car's GPS easily located the hotel and check in was easy. I didn't spend much time at the hotel but loved the room, clean, and lots of space. It had a separate little back porch and it had good wireless. Ample free parking, a nice pool. The breakfast was great (other reviewers have commented on this) and I checked out several nearby beaches and a port by car, and they were lovely. I highly recommend traveling in Sardinia in September - the crowds are gone, but the weather is still wonderful.
Cons: This hotel seemed to be located in a neighborhood and didn't have a specific view, and it isn't super close (easy walking distance) to a beach. Overall, I would recommend leasing a car if you're going to Sardinia.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, great location for us. Clean and good value
Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Very nice breakfast, with a lot of jams, honey, yogurts, bread, and fruits. The staff is very attentive and they do everything to help you. They have a restaurant in the hotel, but you can go to another restaurant, just a few blocks from there by walk. The beach is amazing, very calm, with a crystal clear water. You could snorkel there.
Cons: My pillow was with a bad smell but I was so tired to say something to the staff that I found another pillow inside the wardrobe and I changed.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location was good and room was comfortable.
Cons: Wifi was poor and bar staff weren’t that great. Had to walk to the bar in order to get a drink. Even though they could see you sitting there with empty glasses. Air conditioner was a little noisy and our shower kept filling up on day one. Even though we reported it it didn’t get fixed till day two
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We spent our mini-honeymoon here. The hotel knew this and had a some lovely surprises in store. All the staff we encountered were fabulous. From check-in to booking our boat trips. The food in the restuarant was great. There are also a few restaurants locally aswell. They had wonderful continiental breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: The receptionist was very nice. The hotel offers arranged activities like wine and food tastings. The local restaurant near by has amazing food and affordable prices.
Cons: The restaurant (which is quite good) is only open at certain times. There’s no room service. The ‘private’ beach is not private or nice for that matter and the there were kids on the beach when this is meant to be an adult only resort. The spa area also needs to be improved.
7,0 Good
Pros: When we upgraded - the bech
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is really nice, the location, the beach although is not the best it’s pretty good as you have already the beach’s services included. In addition all the staff is very kind nd professional. In this regard, I would like to highlight the attention received from Matteo and Federica, both from the reception, they were super helpful and recommended us a lot of places for dinner and beaches. I fully recommend this hotel, the only thing to improve is the WiFi connection.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, full fare and plenty to choose from- espresso and cappuccino on request- what was really spectacular was the staff, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quite knowledgable. The staff will take of your all of your needs from Federica and Matteo at the front desk to Diego at the restaurant/ bar/ beach service- super service and super friendly if you read a few bad reviews don't pay attention to them, the place was really nice and the Staff was AMAZING!
Cons: It was a little too adultish- we know it was adults only however it made it a little sleepy for our taste- there weren't many local options near and buses didn't run late - facility was fantastic it was just our taste- the workout facilities could be a little bette with water available and a few more weights etc but the view was great!
7,5 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. Tatiana at reception was very professional and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Also bar and restaurant staff were very good. Location is good but very isolated. We caught bus into Olbia township which we also enjoyed. However for a relaxing beachside holiday Pelican is very pleasant.
Cons: My only complaints are regarding firstly our room which was supposed to be a garden room but was on first floor. We both have bad knees so the climb up was a bit of a struggle and the room was very small. The other problem is regarding smoking which is a national pass time in Europe. The smoking area in the verandah/patio bar is too close to the restaurant so when dining you often get a lot of smoke.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This property was absolutely spectacular - rooftop gym, spa, pool, private beach, included breakfast, parking garage. What more can you ask for? The staff were extremely pleasant, very accommodating and incredibly helpful when planning day trips, sailing excursions, and things to do. The hotel breakfast was delicious and they offered a wide variety of food and beverages. Dinner menu was also fantastic. Spa services were extraordinary! This was a five-star hotel experience all around. Honestly, I could have stayed here for weeks and weeks.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Location was good, overall good
Cons: We had to upgrade our room as the balcony room shown on the website was very different to the actual room. Therefore we had to pay extra. We were not advised about the loungers on the grass.. only for guests in more expensive rooms. Check in and check out was not friendly and no information give. Ref additional charges and mistakes on my account. There was no hazard signs for wet floor and I had a terrible fall in front of the reception staff and remained in my room that day due to the pain in my back and arm.

Pros: Very nice and flexible staff. They prolonged our check-out by 1 h. Very helpful, gave us a map, showed ways to some places. Big comfy room, enough space for a pair. There was also a fridge for our snacks. And they left a bottle of water for visitors. Very central Highly recommended
Cons: Small things that don’t bother: A little shelf in the bathtub was from plastic and very fragile. Juice cup for the breakfast was from plastic.

Pros: Very well located, good breakfast
Cons: no WIFI in some areas; bit noisy (from the hallway and from the upper floor)
3,3 Mediocre
Pros: -
Cons: Very basic. Staff not quite courteous. Refused to issue an invoice upon request of the customer, which I consider to be even illegal. No matter how much I pleaded with them, the hotel refused an invoice!!! The staff does not speak English!!!

Pros: The room was nice except the toilet is too close to the bed. The breakfast was very good. And the location is perfect - in the very center of Olbia.
Cons: The staff don't speak a word of English. It is ok for check in and check out, but if you need to ask for some info, there is no chance they will understand what you are talking about.

Pros: Rooms were always clean and hotel is really nice! Breakfast was solid!

Pros: great hotel. We felt at home when we walked in the door and the staff were all excellent from front desk to maid to restaurant staff. Also, lovely view. Great location too for anyone flying out
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very Comfortable Good Location Friendly staff Clean
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Pool, gym, different bar areas, amazing staff, very obliging
Cons: Felt a bit like an office hotel, conference location. Fine for the one night I needed before sailing holiday but not really a place I’d recommend for a long holiday or family trip. Also it is so close to the airport that all guests should be advised you can even walk there. A courtesy bus would have been nice, €15 is a lot for a 1 minute taxi journey.
6,8 Good
Pros: Convenient right next to airport and short drive to Olbia. Good restaurant.
Cons: Very commercial - lacked charm but clean.

Pros: Very nice hotel with clean, modern amenities, pool and free secured underground parking. Requires a taxi or drive 10 minutes into the main part of town where are the main restaurants and shopping are, but is extremely convenient to the airport, and an easy launch point if you are heading to Smeralda Coast, which we were.

Cons: Parking was not ideal. I wasn’t sure where the hotel parking was initially; resulted in me driving around the block multiple times until I found somewhere to park. 10,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast was nice and the spa was very amazing. Also the staff was lovely and very helpful.
4,5 Okay
Cons: Rooms shouldn't be moldy if you respect your clients health. 1st 3 normal standard rooms was dangerously moldy, we got upgrade to the room that was known that it needs maintenance, they just didn't bother to mention about these before we was informing that shower is heavily leaking to the structures. They called this suite. General manager tried to fix the issue and we managed to continue staying in this forth room but air conditioner had a problem in the engine that it was keeping loud sound every 13-28 seconds, so it was impossible to sleep. Finally in 5th night they moved us to real suite. Luckily it was just a little bit moldy and we could sleep the last night from 5. We try to explain several times that we are not interested big rooms, just a one healthy one what ever floor room is fine. They also lie in the beach shuttle offer. It is only one beach (Pittu longu) where they have shuttle bus. Not several than it seems like from Breakfast was basically ok but if you serve it until 10.30 you shouldn't have the quality crashing 9.45. So if you go early it's fine. Beside the hotel Olbia is building a new railway station, they was already starting the work and it will effect in the near future to this hotel too with sounds that comes in to the rooms. If you ask about other beach locations from reception and how to get there, they don't bother to tell you anything else than the services that they co-operate with. With Aspo app you will find cheapest way to go around the area and also buy tickets. I made a reservation to massage and I explained the problem why it is urgent. I got the appointment but it was far from massage, basically I got wiped with oil. When I told that this is not the service that is ordered and showed emails about it they told they don't have correct kind of professionals. When they found one for a next day, it costed 100€ 60min and quality was 10+.
7,0 Good
Pros: We only stayed one night because our flight arrived late so it was only a stop over. It was fine.
Cons: The location was difficult to find with a hire car especially with the sat nav being in German! Not the hotels fault I know but it’s tucked away in the backstreets. As I said it’s fine for a night or two.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The spas were terrific.Breakfast very copious and well balanced, diner was also excellent.Staff very well trained very attentif to your needs and very helpful.room comfortable.
Cons: Better equipment for 2 medium suitcases, bathroom need refurbishing and from reception to lounge a ramp for mobility réduite.
4,5 Okay
Pros: Gym was well equipped & pool was good. 10-15 min walk to main center Shuttle to great beach to which you should make reservations before.
Cons: Hot breakfast was absolutely horrible, served stale eggs everyday, only once we got freshly cooked eggs. The aircon stopped working at the middle of night and reception was quick to give us a new room. But it was inconvenient. The reception refused to give an extra key for the room . Hotel rooms are old design. Tiles were cracked ans places broken. Room carpet looked dirty. Misled by comments on booking . com
9,3 Excellent
Pros: The Pool Area of the Mercure Olbia is perfect for relaxing and hanging out after a busy few days of travelling or working to come down and do nothing. Also the Breakfest was a rich and good quality buffet.
Cons: Even that we ordered a taxi to the airport 5 hours ahead at the reception, we had to wait for 25 Minutes after the ordered time.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: WOw wow wow!!! Wow! Very very very nice hotel. They upgraded our room to suite for free. We had an amazing big room It is clean, very creative and nice people. The price you pay it feels like you pay 3 stars and get 5 stars.

Pros: Clean and tidy. The staff was service minded, but at times when they were stressed they weren’t really available nor attentive. Other than that and the comment about what I disliked I was really satisfied with the stay. Nice hotel, nice staff and recommendable.
Cons: What I did not like was one of the meals. Really miserable plate of food. I think that this wasn’t their specialty and since I complained they did not charge me for the meal, which I did appreciate.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The spa, pool, gym facilities are great. Perfect for a two night stay.
Cons: The building site/construction outside the window. Location isn’t great either.
