8,8 Excellent
Pros: The reception and the restaurant are very nicely decorated, looks like a museum. The rooms have the same classical look, with solid wood doors and furniture. Some might not like this type of decorations, but I did. - The internet was good. - The staff was pleasant. - The view is very nice.
Cons: The food was ok-ish. Same everyday. It is a standard continental breakfast with 2 types of processed meat and a processed cheese. It had some croissants and a type of delicious pastry (looking like a blade) filled with vanilla. There were fruits, omlette and that is about all. - The toilet had the disinfected label on it but had some poo stuck inside. - Parking was small and if you come back after 20 oclock you wont find parking at the hotel, but there are some free parkings nearby - From the parking to the reception there IS NO ramp so you have to climb some stairs with the luggage

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The Hotel is in the very center of Olbia and offers the opportunity to don’t use the car. The room was really big and clean with a huge terrace. The best thing has been the kindness of Valentino, the receptionist. He welcomed us in a warm way, he allowed us to use the spa even if it was out of time, but he’s professionally and his attention are the things that made our arrive perfect! Thank you! We will come back for sure!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel, just a few paces from main street. Excellent staff, nice breakfast. Definately worth the 5 euros for parking (book this in advance)
Cons: Building work next door, small amount of noise in the mornings, but not too intrusive
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff that went beyond to deliver great service
Cons: That I had to leave..
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was ok, bad was Great! Very clean and comfortable
Cons: I paid everyone via booking and yet, upon checkout, they asked for city taxthat apparently was not included and thy didn't mention upon check-in
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is a perfect little retreat in a central location. Beautiful decor, exceptionally clean and the staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. The spa is also adds to the relaxing nature of this hotel and is great.
Cons: No negatives at all
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent. Central to the main street with great choice of bars and restaurants. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Shower was good once we managed to work out how to get it on.
Cons: Initial welcome was a little undewhelming. Our room was located in a separate building down the road from the main hotel. We weren't shown where to get breakfast or any of the facilities available to us in the main hotel, and although we were taken to our room we were left at the door with no explanation of where to find things or how to use the complex shower. There was no complimentary bottled water and very limited miniature bathroom cosmetics..... Take your own conditioner! The balcony although large was unwelcoming. It had dirt and pigeon droppings on the floor and sunbeds, and no effort had been made to make it a pleasant space with plants, table etc. Bare wires on floor and unfinished work on wall didn't add to the ambiance.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast selection. Perhaps it is time to update the coffee machine BUT aside from that, we were happy with the selection
Cons: We were happy with the customer service and the facilities.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Enjoyed the dining out and selection of places to dine. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and made our stay very welcome
Cons: Nothing
7,5 Good
Pros: The bathrooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. The living room of the hotel was designed really good and was very cosy. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times of the day and the SPA was very clean.
Cons: It was not really noticeable at the time of the booking that you would have to book the SPA too or you would have to pay it after your stay adding too the other expenses. Could have been more clearly marked on the booking.com site of the hotel.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very well amplasated, near bus stations and restaurants. The room was very clean and welcoming and the hotel staff very helpfull.
Cons: We didn’t like that even the guests have to pay for the spa. It’s a 4 star hotel so i guess that this services should be included in the room price.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Locanda Murales is a very beautiful location with huge gardens and their own vineyards very close to Olbia. The owners are super friendly and amazing hosts who try their utmost to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The breakfast was by far the best we had during our trip to Sardinia, with fresh fruit, cake and croissants and also savory options such as eggs and salami and cheese.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Booked as a quick stop over, having landed early evening in Olbia.....hotel was easy to find, close to main road (couldn't hear traffic at all). Nice working farm, lots of vines and fruit trees.....rooms were rustic Sardinian but lovely (air con worked well). Food was home cooked and tasted delicious, and you must try their own wine!!!
Cons: English wasn't their first language...but it worked and gave something of an additional charm to the place.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place and delicious food and wine
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent friendly bed & breakfast hotel. Beautiful gardens & vineyard. Hosts exceptionally welcoming.
Cons: Nothing
7,1 Good
Pros: It is a family run small hotel of 10/12 rooms. Top quality breakfast. Great location to explore the area of Olbia (15 minutes from the center of teh cuty by car and to the main beaches).
Cons: We were disappointed to be given a room which was (very) close to the road. The room is soundproof in this respect, but the view was really not so great (directly to the corssroad with a lot of traffic at day time). We could not change the room as the hotel was full. We were offered however a glass of wine by the owner for such a situation, but were surprised to see it on the bill at the end of our stay. It is rather unpleasant to have to argue about a 12 euros charge as if you were trying to screw the hotel (which was definitely how the daughter of made us feel). As far as we are concerned, we would not come back to this place.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: the setting of the property in its gardens.
Cons: no hot water in the shower!
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Nice room, very Clean and Martina is a very nice and helpful host. She is Always Happy to Help You. Try the homemade wine, very tasteful.
Cons: The bathrooms smells a little bit like Drainage Pipe. It would be nice when the room get a little more light.
9,2 Excellent
Cons: Breakfast does not have fruits and it is not buffet.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was really good. The location was perfect, if you have a car: it is on the nature, but close to the city (Olbia). Lots of animals and grapes growing on the backyard. Try the locally made wine - it's delicious! (We only tried the white one.)
Cons: Nothing to complain about.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location to visit the north of Sardinia. The owners are really kind, they even dropped us to the airport to collect our rental car. We also experienced a great wine tasting as the property is well known in Sardinia to produce wine.
Cons: I would suggest to refill more often the amenities (water / cosmetics) in the room. In 7 nights spent in the property none of it has been refilled. Also the breakfast was great but a bit a change everyday would be better (ham / cheese / different bread and croissant..).

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The perfect location in the center, nice and clean rooms, very good beds and outstanding service. Cons: Totally nothing!

Cons: Could have been a few more facilities and a bit more at breakfast.
7,9 Good
Pros: Staff very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
Cons: Breakfast was modest, but I understand this is very typical for Italy. I would have liked more variety in the way of cooked meats and scrambled eggs
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The location of the hotel was great. We had a free parking only 5´ walking and you have the main street right there, but the room was very quite. The personal was very friendly.
Cons: The breakfast was very poor. Very little fruits or fresh food.

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Super friendly staff, good breakfast, modern and comfortable bedroom and toilet. Would definitely stay here again.
Cons: The only minor issue was that we were told that breakfast in the room was included (which it was), but they charged a service fee to have it delivered to the room. I believe this should have been explained.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The place is in the middle of the old town of Olbia. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, but there is a public parking lot which is free of charge nearby. Staff is extremely nice and helpful.
7,0 Good
Pros: The position of the hotel. Very helpful staff. Very clean. Good breakfast. Decor of the hotel. Having a terrace was very useful.
Cons: Junior suite was very small. Sad that the nespresso machine wasn’t topped up with pods. 1euro each of you wanted more! Thought a junior suite would have dressing gowns! Were supplied them after a requesting.

7,1 Good
Pros: Lovely service and good breakfast. Very welcoming and friendly. I had to check-out at 6am and the lovely old grandfather made me the loveliest cappucino and breakfast saying one cannot leave with an empty stomach :-) Very good parking too. Generally lovely garden set up with lot of privacy. And quiet to sleep.
Cons: For the rate of EUR 150 per night for one person I find it not good value for money. But then the location is top and so close to the airport too. The rooms are dark with very old interior, it feels like walking to grandmother's bedroom:-) The air-conditiining could be a bit more powerful, so could the pressure of water in the shower.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very beautiful old decor hotel surrounded by a nice garden. There is a small but amazing beach (with a beach bar-restaurant with delicious food) a 5 minutes walk away. The stuff is really friendly and the breakfast doesn't leave anything more to desire.
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing accommodation in Pittulongu, immersed in a beautiful Mediterranean garden filled with palm trees, bay laurel and other beautiful plants and flowers, 5 minutes walk to the beach and beach restaurants, about 15 minutes by car to Auchan supermarket in Olbia. There is also a small market nearby - 5 minutes from the hotel. The parking is private and you always find parking space available also under the trees so it never gets hot inside the car. The room is large, classic Italian decor (exactly as you see in the pictures) with a very nice and familiar feeling to it. Room and bathroom very clean, immaculate towels, the bed firm and relaxing. I really enjoyed the position of the room, at first floor of a house, with nice terrace overlooking succulent trees and palm tree, it is a very romantic atmosphere. Given the rich vegetation, there were also mosquitoes at night, but the room's door has mosquitoes' net so they stay out of the room. The hosts are amazing people, they help you with absolutely any request, they are very open people and make you feel at home. They also provide beach umbrellas and underwater glasses for free, which is great (you do not need to buy umbrella for your stay in Sardinia). The breakfast is very good, typically Italian, I enjoyed the pecorino and cold meat cuts, the boiled eggs and the cherry tomatoes, and I must say that the coffee is fantastic. My husband and I would definitely come back to Hotel Abbaruja. Thank you for an amazing stay!
Cons: Air conditioner could be stronger, but this is merely a recommendation, not a dislike.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The owner was super nice and arranged a boat tour for us when we arrived. The location is the “plus” of this hotel, because you can go walking to the beach. There are some restaurants near by and the buses from the airport leave you relatively close The hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were excellent from arrival to departure. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a fantastic choice of wonderful local produce.
Cons: There was nothing we did not like except the mosquitos
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Plenty of choice for breakfast and delicious Italian coffee prepared by staff. Just few minutes walk to the lovely Pettulongu beach.
Cons: Nothing to report.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Kind staff, nice location, close to bus stop and beautiful beach
Cons: none
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was so nice I never experienced such a polite people... I recommend this place
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Everything was nice and cozy. The location is perfect - 150 meters to the beach. The room was clean without anything broken. The breakfast was fantastic - croissants and biscuits, salami and cheese, eggs, cereals and some seasonal fruits. I also was in love with the cappuccino. The hostess was very helpful!

Pros: The host was charming, but not resident on site, however there was someone in attendance at all times. The location was good for the airport and nearby shops and bars.
7,1 Good
Pros: Good value for money and spacious room. Staff very helpful with our late check in due to our flight being delayed. Fairly close to the airport by taxi.

Pros: Lovely garden and an awesome host.
Cons: -
7,1 Good
Pros: Big clean room and bathroom Friendly staff
Cons: The continental breakfast was wrapped biscuits and croissants , juice in tetrapak and coffee from plastic cup at the machine upstairs. It was ok but it is surprising being called continental breakfast. Also we were not allowed to pay by credit card although mentioned on description. And as we arrived around midnight (with a 3 years old) my ID was kept until we bring back the cash the day after. We travelled a lot and even in remote area never had to leave our papers!
9,6 Excellent

Cons: The breakfast had lots of options, but all of them were store-bought. We would have preferred some fresh pastries from a bakery rather than many different options from the store.

Excellent breakfast with cereals, yogurt, filled croissants, butter, ham, hard boiled eggs, cheese, toast, fresh fruit, marmalade, coffee, tea or chocolate. All you can eat. The staff is superb-Pippo and Barbara are on the job all day ready to serve. Alessandra is so nice and welcoming, as is Mary Grace. Everyone is smiling and happy to make your vacation the best. The location is perfect — an easy 5 min walk for the bus to Olbia, 10 min to a fully stocked grocery store. Refrigerator is in the room, so nice to keep drinks and fruit cold. There is also a bar in the lobby where you can have a drink and buy cold water, soda and wine. The hotel is super clean.

Pros: I loved the people there, very friendly, it was also very clean!!! Amazing clean! All the towels new and very good smelling! Also 5 min walk to the bus station! Easy public transportation (airport, centrum , beaches) for €1.50 ticket valid for 90 minutes! The lady who helped us is very very kind!!! I would definitely come back! Thanks fot everything
Cons: Google maps did send me to a wrong location but still near to the correct location, fortunately they where waiting at the door of the apartment for us and could easily call them!

Pros: Big, clean, very comfortable room.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet area, 15minutes walking distance from the city center. Good location to explore the surroundings. The apartment was nice and clean.

Pros: Very nice breakfast, with a lot of jams, honey, yogurts, bread, and fruits. The staff is very attentive and they do everything to help you. They have a restaurant in the hotel, but you can go to another restaurant, just a few blocks from there by walk. The beach is amazing, very calm, with a crystal clear water. You could snorkel there.
Cons: My pillow was with a bad smell but I was so tired to say something to the staff that I found another pillow inside the wardrobe and I changed.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location was good and room was comfortable.
Cons: Wifi was poor and bar staff weren’t that great. Had to walk to the bar in order to get a drink. Even though they could see you sitting there with empty glasses. Air conditioner was a little noisy and our shower kept filling up on day one. Even though we reported it it didn’t get fixed till day two
7,5 Good
Pros: The receptionist was very nice. The hotel offers arranged activities like wine and food tastings. The local restaurant near by has amazing food and affordable prices.
Cons: The restaurant (which is quite good) is only open at certain times. There’s no room service. The ‘private’ beach is not private or nice for that matter and the there were kids on the beach when this is meant to be an adult only resort. The spa area also needs to be improved.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The hotel has a restaurant which is one of the best in the area. Employees are very professional. The beach is very nice and quiet, water is amazing
Cons: The hotel is made of 1 buildings, one in the front of the beach and the other over the street. You cannot tell from the photos this. The standard rooms are in the hotel over the street, the luxury rooms are in front of the beach.
7,1 Good
Pros: When we upgraded - the bech
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is really nice, the location, the beach although is not the best it’s pretty good as you have already the beach’s services included. In addition all the staff is very kind nd professional. In this regard, I would like to highlight the attention received from Matteo and Federica, both from the reception, they were super helpful and recommended us a lot of places for dinner and beaches. I fully recommend this hotel, the only thing to improve is the WiFi connection.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, full fare and plenty to choose from- espresso and cappuccino on request- what was really spectacular was the staff, they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and quite knowledgable. The staff will take of your all of your needs from Federica and Matteo at the front desk to Diego at the restaurant/ bar/ beach service- super service and super friendly if you read a few bad reviews don't pay attention to them, the place was really nice and the Staff was AMAZING!
Cons: It was a little too adultish- we know it was adults only however it made it a little sleepy for our taste- there weren't many local options near and buses didn't run late - facility was fantastic it was just our taste- the workout facilities could be a little bette with water available and a few more weights etc but the view was great!
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, clean and well maintained. Nice staff and right on the beach.
Cons: Food was average and overpriced
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This property was absolutely spectacular - rooftop gym, spa, pool, private beach, included breakfast, parking garage. What more can you ask for? The staff were extremely pleasant, very accommodating and incredibly helpful when planning day trips, sailing excursions, and things to do. The hotel breakfast was delicious and they offered a wide variety of food and beverages. Dinner menu was also fantastic. Spa services were extraordinary! This was a five-star hotel experience all around. Honestly, I could have stayed here for weeks and weeks.

Pros: Special thanks to the SPA girl and the night porter, they were soo wonderful!
Cons: face tissues in the bathroom would have been nice...

10,0 Excellent
Pros: We were staying in Hotel Doble tree by Hilton Olbia for 6 nights. We have very nice and warm welcome in reception by guy called Mohamed. He speaks very good english, like other staff in the hotel, which was very surprising and very helpful. Hotel and room was very clean, so thanks also to housekeepers! Breakfast was good, staff was polite and ask us for extra stuff, which was also included in our price (eggs, ham&eggs, coffee,...). Highly recommended hotel, with very nice and polite staff.
Cons: Confused elevator (probably some tehnical troubles), wi-fi could be a bit faster
5,4 Okay
Pros: The food was good, the bar maid provided an excellent service and the cleaning lady was nice.
Cons: A. Not enough milk in the room to make tea ir coffee ( should be mire than 2), no facial cloth, no glasses for the toothpaste and brush, lifts to small for so many rooms, very inconvenient having to walk out of the hotel to get to the pool, no cushions in the lounges and chairs by the pool, ni cooking given on arrival, also ni cookies in the room to have with tea or coffee.
7,0 Good
Pros: large room, breakfast ok but ther could be more pastry, personnel in the breakfast room very friendly
Cons: I booked this hotel because ther are a lot of rooms with balcony because my partner fumes. But at this hotel you are not allowed to fume on it! We never had this problem in many other hotels, note even in the other 3 we stayed on our trip through Sardinia. It is indicated on his website as an 100% non-smoking hotel but there is a smoking-area outside so you can't know before booking that it is not allowed on the balcony and the worst is that you will be punished 200 euros if you do it anyway! But that's not all. You are not allowed to take in anything to drink or eat (water to cool for the trip for example). You have to buy all in the hotel for much more money! If you do it anyway and they find any leftover (indicated in the rules on the desk) you were punished as well 200 euros! It's like military! Even the check out couldn't be done the evening before leaving without any explanation. It is like this, that's all. We weren't ask if all was ok at check out, personnel at the reception not very friendly. My partner stayed for work in hotels in more than 70 countries but he never saw all this! Even it's not true that the city centre is reachable in a 10 minutes walk but in 20 minutes if you don't run. All we can say... Hilton Hotel... never again!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable and great views from the balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful. The facilities are great and good breakfast selection.
Cons: Nothing. Location may put off some people but I like how it was not too central but close enough to walk to the centre.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good.
Cons: Nice hotel with pool.. located about 20 minutes walk from centre of town.
7,9 Good
Pros: Not far from the airport (20 min). Spacious, calm, clean and well-equipped rooms, efficient air conditioning, good furniture and hairdryer, a locker, a big wardrobe, a plasma tv with channels in different languages, a small fridge, free covered parking, diverse breakfast, nice hall, gym and swimming pool area, many towels changed daily. We were received with cookies. In our deluxe option, we also had a big balcony where we could dry our beach equipment and our room had a coffeemaker, tea, a second hairdryer. Mohamed from reception was very kind and gave suggestions for visiting the island, provided a map and spoke French. The restaurant team are working like bees, are mannered and kind. There is also a pool area where you can eat. We much appreciated that the staff take care of a stray dog, they feed him in the evening and they are kind to animals. The hotel is just 15 minutes away from commercial centers, the city center and the equipped Pitulongu beach.
Cons: We were asked to pay a local tax, although it was written on booking that all taxes were included. We were provided only one small shower gel for the whole day per couple and in the fridge there was only water (but there is a solution - there is Auchan commercial center 15 minutes away, where you can buy anything you need - shower gel, snacks etc.) Although the room cleaning was ok, we were expecting the used containers left on the board of the bath-tube to be thrown away, which was not the case. In our room, the bath-tube was very high, which might be dangerous for an aged person (in this case better opt for rooms with a shower cabin). The water pressure is so-so and you have to wait a bit till the temperature adapts. There are no stairs to go down, you have to use the 2 lifts, so in the morning you can spend 5-10 min waiting. The area around the hotel is somehow industrial, so you need a car if you want to get to stores, to beaches and to touristic places. We can suggest Pitulongu / Mama beach, 15 minutes away from the hotel (if you have a car) - it has a free parking, toilets, showers, a restaurant, umbrellas, etc (EUR 25 a day for 2). And be prepared that the quality of roads in Sardinia is not the best, locals rarely respect the speed and it is hard to find a parking place. You have to pay at the Postoffice a EUR 32 fine for parking in unauthorized areas close to beaches or to downtown.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location, it’s really close to the city.
Cons: There were many rules you have to follow and if not you have to pay a lot of money.
5,8 Okay
Pros: Room was good and staff were friendly.
Cons: Breakfast was chaotic at times. Nowhere to sit as tables were full of used crockery and had to ask a member of staff to clear a table. Not enough staff at times. Pool area was sub standard in my view. Had to go to the poolside food place to get drinks and order food which we had to collect when ready. Not one waste bin around the pool and Jacuzzi did not work. No covers for sunbeds meaning they were uncomfortable.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Large very clean pool , (saw daily pool test), bit fresh when got in water but swam every day , lots of sun beds and shade , small pool bar drinks, basic pizza , ice cream , large bathroom with walk in shower , comfy bed , large towels , free pool towels by pool , wide choice at breakfast ,fresh fruit ,cereals , cooked plus continental choices . Helpful , friendly transfer service €15 euros to town and €18 to airport, able to take foldable mobility scooter . Automatic doors and level access good with scooter/ wheelchair. The town had many restaurants and bars variety of budgets and nice atmosphere.
Cons: The walk to town not wheelchair/ mobility scooter friendly as high kerbs and very few dropped kerbs ,we had to cross 2main roads with no crossings so after that paid for transfer each evening there and back .Walk would be fine for able bodied 15 mins walk. Didn’t eat in as wanted to see town but wide menu choice . Had to pay for milk for €1fridge for tea, only sachets cream provided , yet give you free cookie ?
5,4 Okay
Pros: Where to start, no robes in the room, no mini bar or complementary water, breakfast items were often cold when they should have been hot, they closed the pool so we couldn't use it, thankfully on our last day, no late checkout, the list goes on.
Cons: The location was isolated, staff weren't that helpful, although this could have been a language barrier

Cons: Nothing
6,3 Good
Pros: Clean and totally okay for a one-night-stay after a long journey. Has a late night bar for a nightcap.
Cons: Weird place right next to a gas station. The staff is professional, but not exactly friendly by own initiative. The hotel has probably seen better days.
7,9 Good
Pros: This is a very unprepossessing hotel - it has a petrol station right in front of it, for example, but it is also a good functional hotel with great staff and a good breakfast. It is immaculately clean. The bus from the airport stops right in front of the hotel. It is about 25 mins walk to the old town, and about 20 minutes on a direct bus to the airport.
Cons: Once you accept that the location is what it is, the reception area and rooms are quite pleasant.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Big room and good matress
Cons: Very limited breakfast. Basically just cakes
7,9 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Very poor breakfast (lady served us old bread). No vegetables and cheeses at all. Fan in the bathroom worked very loud. In the triple room third bed was added like ad hoc solution in the middle of the room.

Cons: Nothing :)

7,9 Good
Cons: Staff were very helpful and late check out allowed at no extra cost
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Very good option for the airport with free parking next to the hotel. Clean, large rooms , Nice pool & very nice staff. Some nice small & quiet beaches in the neighbourhood away from the busier places.
Cons: I was in a ground floor room which had double doors out onto a small communal courtyard- this was the only window so when the doors/shutters are open there is very little privacy- shutters closed meant a dark room. It’s only a detail and didn’t bother me for a one night stay.
7,0 Good
Pros: Nice little room, very clean. Breakfast somewhat disappointing. Nice pool area
Cons: They weren’t busy so we asked to keep a room until we had to leave for airport but owner said no quite emphatically. Couldn’t really see why
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and always smiley. The pool was great and clean.
Cons: The check out process was a bit awkward as we needed to pay the tax just before leaving. We wasn't informed at the beginning about this type of payment.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Quite location. The staff were fantastic and catered our needs. Lee-anne, Danni and Anthony made our visit enjoyable. We will be returning again with the two little ones, who loved the pool and Danni!!
4,6 Okay
Cons: They were not very flexible. We had to leave for our flight early and breakfast was out of the question - yet when we were about too leave in the morning there was already a lot served out. We couldnt touch it though, which seemed very weird because we paid for it.

Pros: Very attentive staff. Good location. Spacious, clean.
Cons: Variety of food in breakfast could be better, as too much reliance on cakes (yummy but not very good for your waistline!)
9,6 Excellent
Pros: 1. Wifi access. 2. Breakfast is OK. 3. Close to everything, is on a busy street so life is there
Cons: 1. Is on a busy street, so you can heard people on the street from your room. At least we stayed on the 2nd floor and we got up sometimes because there was people chatting/screaming.

Pros: Excellent staff, very welcoming and helpful with tours. Room was good with a nice view of the water.
Cons: There is only one shared iron.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff, good view out of room, new facilities, big room for junior suite. Good value.
Cons: It was hard to get to late in the afternoon when they close all of the streets. Google maps had to take us on 3 different routes. Internet did not work well.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The location was really good but down a back street from the main drag. Staff were fantastic and so accommodating. Every time I passed reception I was greeted and every housekeeper in the corridor always greeted you also. When booking I assumed it would be a budget hotel from the price but I was really pleasantly surprised how much nicer it was than I expected.
Cons: Only thing better would be a pool but I was obviously aware it didn’t have one at the time of booking.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location and clean
Cons: Room was a little small and could do with team/ coffee in the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel very close to the centre and the staff were first class

10,0 Excellent
Pros: We highly recommend this hotel because the room was clean, the breakfast was very (!) good and the hotel is very central. We would definitely come again!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very cosy and clean rooms & location. Very good breakfast.
Cons: Although it has a garage, it was always full. Finding a parking slot on the street was sometimes difficult.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice room with everthing you need within it. Breakfast was good as well and compared to other business hotels not so expensive, if not already included, you pay 10€ per person. Parking was easily, but with limited space - only 11 vehicles fits into the garage and external parking is overcrowded and therefor almost imossible - what should i say, it`s the city-center. Hotel location is close to the main interesting streets within the city, only about 2-4 min walk.
Cons: No comment

7,5 Good
Pros: We stayed here twice - at the beginning of our holiday and at the end (the hotel is very close to the airport so very easy with free parking available). The standard rooms are ok, but they are not very well sound proofed, the suites are much better with regards to this and so much more spacious (along with having little extra touches). Not quite sure on the layout of the hotel - the restaurant and bar seem a little strange... but we did enjoy nice cold beer & wine. The continental breakfast is great and has plenty of options. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Pros: Restaurant food and stuff were very friendly, reception staff were very helpfyll
Cons: The location wasnt good, too near to high street and street was very dirty

Pros: The Pool Area of the Mercure Olbia is perfect for relaxing and hanging out after a busy few days of travelling or working to come down and do nothing. Also the Breakfest was a rich and good quality buffet.

Pros: Central location, overall staff were helpful
Cons: Charge for use of spa facilities was unnecessary, considering rate we were paying for the room. Friday to Sunday is fish menu , we feel they would need to vary it.
5,8 Okay
Cons: Hello, We are flying business jet as two Captains and one Cabin Crew all around the world. Sometimes we need late checkout for late flights and up today we get some answers like: available till 1/2/3 pm. or available for only one room or not available and sorry. Today in Olbia Mercure we have requested late checkout at 2 pm and we have asked how much can you supply some time for late checkout. it is first time we have heard 'sorry we are fully booked but let me check with my supervisor' then 'yes, we can arrange with 60 Euro for each room' Then I asked if you are fully booked how you can arrange availability with money. They said nothing. Let me tell you my feelings. Olbia Mercure is not interested in guest satisfaction. If they have availability they must allow us for late checkout after three nights stay. If they are really fully booked they can not offer late checkout with money. So this is not sincere behavior. This behavior is not acceptable and I will declare that greedy attitude at any available platform in internet. Regards.
