Pros: The room was clean and spacious with a couch to sit on. Great location to walk to sites, food and waterfront. The staff were friendly and professional. They even brought us wine up to the rooftop terrace on a windy evening. Views from the large terrace were amazing, there’s even a swing chair for two up there.

Pros: Exceptionally courteous and helpful staff. When we arrived, we were taken by the hand, car was parked for us, offered great recommendations, brought up to our room, etc. Great breakfast!

Pros: The hotel is located in the center of the old city. The hotel has a private parking 2 min walking from it - great and important in this location. The staff was nice. The breakfast was good and varied. Also, we were surprised to found that we was upgraded to a suite with 2 walls with wonderful view. The hotel have also a roof top with great panoramic view.

Pros: We loved the relaxed and informal atmosphere at the hotel. It is perfectly located, and easy to explore from there. The staff could not have been more friendly or accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. A wonderful place to stay.

Pros: Great location a short stroll from the centre of town and overlooking the marina. Design was classic (lots of chandeliers!) and room was spotless with a great range of toiletries. Staff were fantastic, helped us with a few unusual requests and were very friendly.

Pros: We were upgraded to a Junior Suite amazing views and beautiful rooms ( two large rooms plus bathroom) excellent end to our last day.

Pros: Staff was welcoming and it was a great location to airport. We had to leave at 4:30 am to make our flights and it was great being so close.

Cons: We were asked if we would like a wake up call and we confirmed that we did; however, it never came. It was a good thing that I set an alarm on my phone as back up or we would have totally overslept and missed our flights.

Pros: The Hotel is in the very center of Olbia and offers the opportunity to don’t use the car. The room was really big and clean with a huge terrace. The best thing has been the kindness of Valentino, the receptionist. He welcomed us in a warm way, he allowed us to use the spa even if it was out of time, but he’s professionally and his attention are the things that made our arrive perfect! Thank you! We will come back for sure!

Pros: This hotel is a perfect little retreat in a central location. Beautiful decor, exceptionally clean and the staff could not be more helpful and welcoming. The spa is also adds to the relaxing nature of this hotel and is great.

Pros: Location was excellent. Central to the main street with great choice of bars and restaurants. Room was large and bed was very comfortable. Shower was good once we managed to work out how to get it on.

Cons: Initial welcome was a little undewhelming. Our room was located in a separate building down the road from the main hotel. We weren't shown where to get breakfast or any of the facilities available to us in the main hotel, and although we were taken to our room we were left at the door with no explanation of where to find things or how to use the complex shower. There was no complimentary bottled water and very limited miniature bathroom cosmetics..... Take your own conditioner! The balcony although large was unwelcoming. It had dirt and pigeon droppings on the floor and sunbeds, and no effort had been made to make it a pleasant space with plants, table etc. Bare wires on floor and unfinished work on wall didn't add to the ambiance.

Pros: The bathrooms were nice. The beds were comfortable. The living room of the hotel was designed really good and was very cosy. The staff was very nice and helpful at all times of the day and the SPA was very clean.

Cons: It was not really noticeable at the time of the booking that you would have to book the SPA too or you would have to pay it after your stay adding too the other expenses. Could have been more clearly marked on the booking.com site of the hotel.

Pros: The hotel is very well amplasated, near bus stations and restaurants. The room was very clean and welcoming and the hotel staff very helpfull.

Cons: We didn’t like that even the guests have to pay for the spa. It’s a 4 star hotel so i guess that this services should be included in the room price.

Cons: It was hard to get to late in the afternoon when they close all of the streets. Google maps had to take us on 3 different routes. Internet did not work well.

Pros: This was the middle part of our trip and we stayed in Olbia for 4 nights what turned out to be a mistake. If we would go for Olbia for something specific, we would choose this hotel, but if we would be doing a trip planning again, we would stay less in Olbia, since we liked other places more. Parking: This place had best parking compared to other places we have been to. Breakfast: This place had by far the best breakfast compared to other place we have been to. Room: Very clean and we had everything we needed. Maybe bigger fridge would be good tho. Personal: Very professional and friendly personal.

Cons: Olbia: The city was a bit disappointment for us, there is nothing really to do compared to other locations we visited. Most of the time we have been here we went to San Toedoro locations, just 1 night would be good here for us and rest of the days we would stay there if we had to do it again. But well this has nothing to do with hotel itself. Room: Balcony missing, we simply didn't evaluate it enough, it would be requirement next time, very beneficial for vacation and we had it in other hotels.

Cons: The staff were like robots - just do the check in/out and don’t ask them anything. We came at 23hrs from the airport, after a whole day of travelling, and my husband asked for a glass of water - the receptionist said: “You can get one at your room”. Well, so much of warm welcome. Also, the next day when it was a bit cloudy, we asked for a few tips on what to do in Olbia and the receptionist said that we go to a shopping mall near the airpot... Really?!

Pros: Good breakfast, big bathroom, great shower! 2 minutes to the city centre on foot, but still quiet location! Big compliment to the staff - very friendly!

Cons: Sleep quality: I personally don‘t like one single huge blanket for a double bed. Mattress may be a little to hard for sensible guests. Air conditioning is quite good but makes a a disturbing sound during the night. Price for a parking space in the garage is okay but also with small motor bikes it’s the same price as for a car.

Cons: Towels were changed every day. They should adopt the well tried system: if it’s hanging up I’ll use it again; if it’s on the floor please change it. Better for the environment, the housekeeping staff and the hotels profits!

Pros: Not far from the airport (20 min). Spacious, calm, clean and well-equipped rooms, efficient air conditioning, good furniture and hairdryer, a locker, a big wardrobe, a plasma tv with channels in different languages, a small fridge, free covered parking, diverse breakfast, nice hall, gym and swimming pool area, many towels changed daily. We were received with cookies. In our deluxe option, we also had a big balcony where we could dry our beach equipment and our room had a coffeemaker, tea, a second hairdryer. Mohamed from reception was very kind and gave suggestions for visiting the island, provided a map and spoke French. The restaurant team are working like bees, are mannered and kind. There is also a pool area where you can eat. We much appreciated that the staff take care of a stray dog, they feed him in the evening and they are kind to animals. The hotel is just 15 minutes away from commercial centers, the city center and the equipped Pitulongu beach.

Cons: We were asked to pay a local tax, although it was written on booking that all taxes were included. We were provided only one small shower gel for the whole day per couple and in the fridge there was only water (but there is a solution - there is Auchan commercial center 15 minutes away, where you can buy anything you need - shower gel, snacks etc.) Although the room cleaning was ok, we were expecting the used containers left on the board of the bath-tube to be thrown away, which was not the case. In our room, the bath-tube was very high, which might be dangerous for an aged person (in this case better opt for rooms with a shower cabin). The water pressure is so-so and you have to wait a bit till the temperature adapts. There are no stairs to go down, you have to use the 2 lifts, so in the morning you can spend 5-10 min waiting. The area around the hotel is somehow industrial, so you need a car if you want to get to stores, to beaches and to touristic places. We can suggest Pitulongu / Mama beach, 15 minutes away from the hotel (if you have a car) - it has a free parking, toilets, showers, a restaurant, umbrellas, etc (EUR 25 a day for 2). And be prepared that the quality of roads in Sardinia is not the best, locals rarely respect the speed and it is hard to find a parking place. You have to pay at the Postoffice a EUR 32 fine for parking in unauthorized areas close to beaches or to downtown.

Cons: The location is out of town somewhat - the surrounding area looks like a bit of a dumb. Derelict abandoned buildings & yellow grasses in empty lots. For the price it wasn’t worth it at all. The bar area in the hotel feels like the reception area of an office building & doesn’t really make you feel relaxed or like having a drink. The water at the pool bar was €4 for a tiny bottle!

Pros: - Location. Only 10 mins drive from/to the airport. Since we had a rental car, it was easy to get around.

Cons: I don’t know why I sort of disagreed with most people here. When booking, we were considering this hotel and Mercure. At the end, we decided to book this hotel because of its location and the brand they carry, hoping that the hotel would meet their standards but we actually found the hotel was overrated. 1. When we had the drinks at the bar, we were given some olives together with the drinks. Those olives were so terrible as they have been re-sold for many times during the day. 2. The room we had (No. 405) comes with a nice balcony but as it’s facing the sunrise side, we didn’t get to sit out there at all. The shower is terrible small even for me, a 160-cm woman. I find it so uncomfortable. Bed was terribly soft and that makes your body uneven whenever you lie down and this have cost us very bad back pains. The AC was quite loud but at least it helps on the hot days. 3. We found the staff, in general, their male staff, were not friendly and helpful at all especially the guy named Fabrizio. He walked away during the conversation with guests with NO style at all (this happened on 03.08.2019 around 19:30-20:00 in case you want to check with your camera). The lady at the reception and the tour desk, however, were very nice and helpful. Thanks to these ladies. 4. Breakfast was okay. But be careful when using their plates and cups as they are quite old and small pieces keep falling off. This can be dangerous for those who wouldn’t see them.

Pros: The hotel is very comfortable, with modern infrastructure and a lovely pool. It’s in a quiet area, within walking distance from the centre (around 10-15 min). The staff is very friendly and efficient, you can definitely tell it’s a high standing hotel! The breakfast bar is definitely worth it! The access to and from the road to the beaches is very close.

Pros: Everything was excellent. We got to change the room with a one big size bed. We had one bed rhat consisted of two separate beds.

Pros: I liked the kindness of every employees, their disponibility, their helpfulness. The room was super clean. The pool bar bartender was very helpful and caring. Restaurant : the breakfast was very good and well provisioned. The Menù Desgutazione Terra was wonderful and tasty. In a nutshell, great time, great hotel.

Pros: This is a good basic hotel, reasonably priced and in an excellent location, being central to Olbias attractions and transport. The rooms are basic, but clean and toiletries are provided and there is a fridge in the room - very handy. Desk staff were happy to call a cab to the hotel to get us to the port ( €15) and there are many good restaurants nearby.

Cons: We had poor internet in the first room we were in on the third floor but this improved and was fine when we moved to another room. Modem extension needed for that room. Internet reception in the hotel lobby is good. The breakfast was very good too but I wish they would make coffee with fresh milk, not UHT which ruins the flavour. All milk needs to be kept in the fridge once it is open so this old excuse for using UHT doesn’t work.

Pros: Traditional and relatively simple hotel in the heart of the town centre, perfect location to visit Olbia, close to all bars and restaurants. Room simple, but sufficient for 1-3 nights. Breakfast good standard. 1 Minute to walk for the bus stop to the airport (bus N°10), no taxi needed....

Cons: Poor illumination of the room.
