Pros: The place is very well-kept. The room is clean, especially the bathroom. It had everything we needed. The breakfast had a lot of good selection, both warm and cold food. You can even make your own crepe. You also get your own coffee pot on your table. The beds are comfortable. It's near a convenience shop and some restaurants. I left my phone charger after checking out and they sent me an email informing me and gave me options how to retrieve it (I can have it shipped to my address for an additional fee which is understandable.)

Cons: Even though we booked a room for 2 adults and a child we were charged for an extra bed. This seems to be booking.com trying to look cheaper than other sites, but it is obviously cheating - and not acceptable.

Cons: The worst hotel ever. They charge you everything, they charge you on bedsheets for 60 DKK per person, they charge you on hairdryer, they charge you if you left your room key in the room once out of their office hour for 500 DKK, and the fact is that they are out of office quite often. The location is right by the railway station, but it is by two busy and noisy streets, so it is really easy to wake up during midnight. Bed is so small.

Cons: I was there during the Hans Christian Andersen Festival & the loud music from the palace where Hans Christian Andersen played with the prince because his mother worked there as a washerwoman was too bloody loud & went on until 1am & would start up again at 9am!

They have a coffee machine in the lobby with multiple options. Fresh fruits and biscuits are also provided there. This is available 24 hours. Cons: It was after a long time I was in a room which was this small. The elevator was not working at the time of check out and I had to bring down a 30 Kg bag. That was not good. The water supply will also be very old. I had to waste water for nearly five minutes before I got hot water supply.

Cons: It's ok if you are on a real budget. Facilities not good. Rooms very dated but really good staff

Cons: Would expect a decent hotel for Denmark standards, room was extremely dated, very small, terrible bed, you get what you pay for...unfortunately I paid quite a lot.

Cons: The bed was far to soft, the room was extremely small, there was something noisy outside. There was no staff in the building, you had to go through a bar to access the room.

Cons: Rooms did not have proper ventilation. You can't open windows and opening room doors does not help either because they open into closed corridor. We felt lack of oxygen in the room. There is kitchen in the hotel that one can use for making own breakfast. We did not find enough mugs or plates to 4 member family in there.

Cons: It kind of smelled weird in my room. I don't think my room was worth the price I paid for it, but that's just my personal opinion about it.
