Pros: Our family of four truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. The room was clean and the host was so incredibly helpful and kind. The play area was amazing for our 3 and 5 year olds. Perfect for big and small kids. It is only 10 minutes from Legoland, so the perfect location.

Pros: The owner was so friendly and welcoming, helping us out when we forgot something and checking if we needed anything. Our children fed some of the animals on site with the owner which was a great experience. When we stayed, we were the only guests and it was fun to have the opportunity to whizz around in the go-karts each day! Perfect having the play equipment on site too after a tiring day in Billund.

Pros: Perfect Nature. Friendly owners. Very cute dogs. Place for the rest is perfect. You can relax and have some barbecue. To play football. Meet some farm animals. I will recomend of course to my friends.

Pros: The nature and the design of the hotel were nice. Besides, it is not that far away from Lego Land. The parking places are quite sufficient and easy to find.

Cons: The breakfast was poor. Especially if the price we paid for one night is taken into account, I would easily say that it was not satisfactory. There was almost nothing to eat for children. Our boy did not like anything, even the bread and just had some corn flakes. We expected at least to find some pancakes or some traditional Danish pastry but it was just an ordinary egg and bacon breakfast. The coffee from the machine was terrible. The worst thing about the hotel was when we checked in we asked where to find the restaurant. However, the staff said that we needed to reserve a table in advance as they were fully booked. I did not see any explanation regarding a restaurant reservation when I was booking the room. Then we asked if we could get something to eat in our room as we were tired and hungry after a long day. They said it is not possible because they do not have enough staff to do that. Even I asked if I could personally get something from the kitchen and take it to our room; again they said it was not possible as there was a wedding. Instead, the receptionist suggested we go to the nearest town Wejle where we can find something to eat. In the end, we had to do that. The drive took around 15 minutes, I found a parking space to park the car. It was not cheap at all of course. I was pissed off and our 5-year-old child was tired and almost fell asleep at the table at the restaurant we just sat. After we returned to the hotel, I had two beers from the bar to be charged to our room. However, it was not added to our bill when we were checking out therefore I had to warn the receptionst myself. In short, we find it very rude to send the hotel guests somewhere that they don't know; especially if the location is considered. Because the hotel is basically located in the fields and there is nothing around. Once again I need to state that the price we paid for one night did not worth it at all.

Pros: The location is fantastic and from the outside the buildings look adorable.

Cons: The staff were friendly, but a bit confused and the waiter in the restaurant seemed almost annoyed with us not understanding the menu at first. Both the restaurant and the room were quite dark and small with very low ceilings. The breakfast was OK, but not a bit more, and again the waiter appeared almost annoyed when I politely asked, if there were any croissants.

Pros: We stayed here six years ago on our last trip to the area. It’s such a great historical treasure. We appreciate the signs that tell us more about the property and its past. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was wonderful.

Pros: Nice, comfortable and clean family run hotel with a good breakfast selection and friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again if in the area. Restaurant offers good traditional food with generous servings.

Pros: Position was optimal for both our business purpose and for leisure as it is close to city centre. Quiet and comfortable with a big parking outside. Room was clean, quite and very big. Breakfast was rich and with plenty of choice. Staff was helpful and available.

Pros: From the exterior the hotel does not look impressive but once inside we were so pleased to find an upscale look. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We had dinner in the restaurant and found it be excellent. The morning breakfast was generous and quite good. We’ve paid much more for a lot less and believe this hotel is a great value.

Pros: Location, Location, Location. - 5 minutes to gates of he... sorry to legoland. =) I only picked it because of the location and was pleasantly surprised of the result. Children really enjoyed the playground and the "bouncy-castle". also we did not expect a pool. Used that aswell. Parking was great.

Cons: Room was small for a family of 4. but we managed. Also you must understand that you are paying for that location more then anything else.

Pros: Our kids really liked the trampoline outside. The pool was nothing special, but had a separate children's pool and it was all in all very handy on hot days.

Cons: Service at the dinner restaurant at the hotel took too long. On the second night we ordered takeaway food from a place in the town centre.

Pros: The house itself is spacious, offers all necessary functions, accommodated 5 of us comfortably. Very clean and neat, same as its surroundings with plenty of green areas. Kids and dogs will surely enjoy.

Cons: Setup is not comfortable, at this price range one would expect not to have to pay, carry and set up bedsheets. Also long walk (15-20min) from legoland or lalandia, supposedly there is a train but it's useless. Beds not comfortable. Staff friendly but not flexible. Charging electricity extra is just a cheap trick in my eyes.

Pros: Huge property having everything from water park, bowling, mini golf to rock climbing and ski climb.. excellent facilities for babies too. You can easily spend days at a stretch and still feel to stay longer. Also, a good collection of restaurants. Well equipped grocery store being the cherry on the cake.

Cons: I feel there can be more vegetarian options in the restaurants. Moreover, should’ve vegan, gluten-free options going with the trends these days ..

Cons: I have been working in housekeeping for 6 and a half years, we all make minor mistakes, but it is important that the situation improves and that customers are satisfied with the conditions,the bed linen was slightly broken, the mattress is soft, which is not indicated for the spine, but the rest was good

Cons: When booking it said nothing about needing to book an allergy free house. When my daughter suffered from serious allergic reactions we found out that pets were allowed in the house. We asked the staff multiple times to move us to an allergy free house but they did nothing for us. Didn’t even call back as promised. We had to book a hotel which was a huge extra cost to get her well. House poorly cleaned and staff not helpful. We ended up cleaning ourselves. Also, big hidden costs in bed linen, towels, water, energy, water and winterland activity. Very disappointed with service and how expensive the holiday became. Very early checkout at 10 was also inconvenient as we had flight at 11 at night. When we asked for a later checkout we got a no for an answer without getting to explain our circumstances and a rude staff member. Also, we booked a house with jacuzzi which was not an outdoor jacuzzi as we thought but a bathtub with bubbles we didn’t even use due to high extra costs for water and electricity.

Cons: We had a late areival and I tried to reach anyone half of our travel day. No contact was reachable and we could only send emails which nobody responded two, even now after 2 days. We arrived at 10pm the adress given was empty and dark, no signs, phone numbers. We waited and tried it at legoland to help us, they were lovely. After one hour we gave up and booked a hotel room wherelse. Bust then the nichtwatch arrived and threw passcode and sheets at me. He didn‘t speak english, no explanation where the house is etc. so we just left the house (which for sure was lovely) empty and stayed at lego hotel. Really bad customer experience and a waste of money.

Pros: Room was not cleaned properly. The breakfast buffet is a chaos. No body is keeping their distance. There should be arrows on the floor so people move in the same direction at the buffet. Not Corona friendly.

Pros: In the LEGO park village.There are some play grounds and we can walk to Lego house and Legoland.

Pros: Great location, 5 minute walk to Legoland, 20 minute easy walk to lego house and Billund town. Very nice breakfast, brilliant staff. Beds in the motel room very, room very warm but window opens so not a problem. Not enough plug sockets but we had a multi socket so again not a problem. Only thing that didn’t go according to plan was that we booked dinner online but when we arrived after a long day at Legoland we were told the restaurant was closed. They offered to call the Legoland hotel but we decided to walk next door to lelandia. What a very happy accident that was. We highly recommend pirate motel 😃

Pros: It's really not that far from Legoland, only about 10 minute walking distance. Rooms are fully Lego pirate themed. Very cute.

Pros: Great hotel for kids - the whole lego experience is great A lot of lego related activities and playing areas. The quizzes, games and challenges are also great fun for kids. Staff was really nice and considerate

Cons: Very very old and very expensive, all the furniture and facilities look like from the 70s. The beds are too small and short, not comfortable.

Pros: The hotel is an older and not at all charming, it’s very institutional almost like a city hall from the late 70’. The breakfast was disappointing, the sunny side egg had been sitting on the buffet so long that it glued to my mouth. The apero in the evening was hard to get, waiter was busy elswhere. Next time I visit LEGOLAND, and I will definitely book a lovely hotel on the countryside and probably at a better price. Don’t go, it’s not a positive experience, it’s practical and completely without charge.

Pros: Localisation od Hood, hotel is easy to reach by car , parking free for hotel guests for whole accommodation time, tickets to Legoland at lowered prices of 310 DKK/2020, are sold at the reception desk, but no other discounts ( free entrance tickets for older kids) are possibile, hotel is placed next to Legoland,with direct entrance to park, breakfast (half Swiss table) included in the room price.

Cons: Attractions for older kids were closed ( Nintendo) because of coronavirus, but the most dissappointing was that there was no single LEGO PC games on PC stations which we were allowed to use on reception hall in the Kids zone of Legoland hotel 🤔

Pros: Everything is geared towards kids and parents. Kids will delight at the farm sounds in the bathroom (yes really), lego sculptures, stairs up to the check-in desks, indoor tree fort, discounted legos, themed rooms and amenities. Parents have an easier time because their kids are happy and occupied :) there is a bar for adults too.

Pros: Everything was perfect, from the helpful staff to the lovely and comfortable large room, to the great location near Legoland and adjacent to a major grocery store. We also greatly enjoyed the lovely breakfast and in-room kettle.

Cons: Would enjoy a bathtub 😉

Cons: Receptionist didn't understand English very well and gave us poor advice. Also room wasn't very clean. Hotel is very loud - you can hear everyone above and near your room. Also you have a window view on the other rooms if you won't close your drapes - everyone can see you sleeping.

Pros: Self check in was fairly easy to use,the room was clean, quiet and I had a great sleep there.It was less than 10 minutes walking distance from the airport which was perfect for me as I had an early flight.

Pros: The Zleep Hotel is the perfect place to stay when catching a very early flight out of Billund. I had a 6 am flight, and it made it easy that the terminal is about 300 meters from the hotel’s front door. Very clean and very friendly staff.

Cons: Very hot in the room, a fan would have been nice (but to be fair, it was a very hot day in Denmark that day, about 28°)

Pros: If you‘re hungry the nice laadies order food from a local italian restaurant which gets delivered to the hotel.

Cons: I know it‘s the only hotel at the airport, but still it‘s no luxurIous spa hotel and for this it is very pricey. And who uses the hotel? Very often Somebody, who has an early flight, so ‚breakfast at 7‘ isn‘t a good thing, especially for this price. Otherwise the facilities were good and the staff was nice. I‘d only book it again if I really had no other option.

Cons: When we inter the room, the bathroom smells bad. We opened the room door and window for a good 3 hrs. but it did not help. We end up pouring a lot of shampoo and body wash all over the bathroom floor and just letting the water run. It did help but it did not totally taken out the bad smell. It is the room 10 to be exact.

Pros: Okay okay. Lets start with that THIS HOTEL is a 4 star, Which is totally NOT. I will not give the hotel like 2 STAR coz it has very little rooms, the beds are so uncomfortable and noisy that you wake up from the noise. I will absolutely not recommend the place.

Pros: The receptionist was really kind and perfect in english. The room was tidy and cozy. The bathroom was also really on point. I did not made my reservation with breakfast beforehand, however that could be added at the check-in. The breakfast was served in smörgåsbord - style, but it was really hygienic. Hand masks were provided, and hand sanitizers were provided in many location in the dining area. The price was really fair for a night in Denmark.
