I would suggest a little bit more variety in food on offer during breakfast on a daily bases.
-Nicely decorated rooms -Friendly staff -Great location
-Saggy mattress -Room had dust everywhere -bad value for money
Great location within 5 minute walk to the Lego House. If in season you’re directly on Lego land. Breakfast buffet was fab and catered for people with allergens and intolerances.
The rooms were a great idea sadly a little shabby. We were two adults travelling no children but stayed in the pirate room. The mattress was old and you could feel every detail of the springs. Mould around the bath was bad and stains on bedding and curtains. Considering out of season some rooms maybe being redecorated so unsure why we were put in a poor room when hotel probably wasn’t even a quarter full.
Lego everywhere! There are many Lego exhibits everywhere in the building and the guest rooms. The breakfast buffet was also amazing because of the selections. Water pressure in the shower was fantastic (perhaps, it was the best in my experience)
There are not many power points in the room. It will be nice to have USB charge stations near the bedside tables.
Staff were smiley send friendly! The Lego decorations were great. Location- 15 min walk to Lego House - was perfect. Breakfast was really good! Even though Legoland park was shut, staff took guests to see the Aquarium in the Atlantis section of the park in the evening! A real treat!!
The room could have used a bit of a refurb! Don't get me wrong- it was great. We stayed at a Pirate themed room. Lots of fun Lego touches, and great towels. But the pillows were tiny. The two single duvets on the double bed were frustrating. The main light in our room did not work. My biggest complaint however is with the TV. The only English channel was CNN. There was one cartoon channel which showed the SAME Lego Ninjago episode on repeat in Danish. It was like some sick joke.
