Cons (-) The night staff was very rude. Both nights my family was accused of something and was made to feel like we were in the wrong for things out of our control. 1st night I was sitting on balcony with my children. Someone above us was dumping water over their balcony. Staff came out and accused us of doing it and threatened to kick us out. Second night woken to a phone call from front desk at midnight ...

Pros (+) Clean, staff is very friendly and helpful. The pool is a decent size and mostly kept clean. The rooms are a great size and so are the bathrooms. The refrigerator is a great size for a family of 5 and everything available to cook with are very well kept and clean.
Cons (-) The elevator doors shut too fast not as in it doesn't give time to get in but that when it goes to shut it's faster then most and you kind of need a bit of strength to push the part that makes it open again. As long as your careful it should be ok, we made sure that we made our toddlers and their grandma go first while we held it open just in case
