Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests express strong dissatisfaction with their stay, citing severe cleanliness problems such as dirty rooms, presence of cockroaches, and lack of basic amenities like towels and toilet paper. Safety is a major concern, with reports of drug use, theft, broken doors and windows, and a generally unsafe environment. Service is also criticized, with unresponsive staff, poor communication, and issues with check-in and refunds. Only a few guests mention anything positive, such as kind staff or value for price, but these are heavily outweighed by the negative experiences.
