The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to ensure that we had a very pleasant stay. The location was wonderful. The hotel was just a few minute walk from the Christmas Market.
There was nothing that we did not like about the hotel.

Very convenient to access to the marktplatz. It is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast was also nice.

“Breakfast paid for but not provided- apparently because of COVID .Entry was by key safe with no staff on premises. Unfortunately the number provided was wrong and it took an hour to track some one down and get entry. Room was functional and location excellent”

“The staff was super friendly and helpful. One morning we set out and found out in the lobby that it had begun to rain quite heavily, so we stood there perplexed for a while in our summer clothes, wondering whether we should go back to our room, and suddenly the lady from the reception came running toward us with two huge umbrellas, which we really appreciated. As for the room we got, it had a nice view of two nearby landmarks. 90% of things to see in Nuremberg are just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel.”
