If you are looking to take a taxi from the airport to your accommodation, you will find one official taxi operator outside the terminal: the Norwich Airport Taxi Association. The drive to the hotel will take around 25min, with a one-way taxi fare costing around £45 (about $55). Traveling by public transport to the hotel is only advised if you are traveling light, as it involves a bit of walking. Get off at the Castle Meadow (Stop CT) bus stop and walk over to the St Stephens (Stop BS) bus stop, which is about an 8min walk away. From there, board bus line 38 heading to Long Stratton and get off at the Hall bus stop. The hotel will then be a 10min walk away.

The spa has 2 different spa experiences that you can book to enjoy with your partner or a friend. The first is Lunch For Two With Pamper Treatments, which includes a one-course lunch as well as one or two treatments per person, which include a facial, a massage, or a manicure and pedicure treatment. For the ultimate experience, you can choose the Lunch For Two With Indulge Treatments package, which includes a one-course lunch as well as three different treatments that you can both enjoy: a body brush, a massage, and a facial.

If you are traveling with kids, you will be glad to know that the hotel offers multiple services to make your stay easier. All kids receive cookies and milk as a bedtime treat and those under 4 eat onsite for free. If you need a high chair or a booster seat, you can request one from the hotel. You will also be able to enjoy some activities together such as golf classes, which you can book in advance, or Afternoon Tea where kids get to enjoy their own special menu.

The hotel is dog friendly and welcomes up to one dog per guestroom, with no limits as to their size and weight. A pet fee of £20 (about $25) per room per night applies and the hotel will provide you with bedding for your dog, as well as food and water bowls. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the food and beverage areas; however, there are multiple walking routes around the hotel where you can take your dog for a walk.

The hotel has multiple reception rooms that you can choose from, with the largest able to accommodate up to 250 guests, and an outdoor garden wedding ceremony option.
