I don’t like that there is very little clear signage in the parking area and no lobby entrance from the street. You have to go in the mall, which is touristy and small, and get to the third floor. If you arrive in the evening, it’s not clear how to get to the front desk. DONT LIKE the lack of hotel parking, it’s another 29 dollars a night. No real amenities p, no pool, no hot tub.

Pros (+) Partial water view. Balcony. Lots of local produce stands, close by coffee, and hundreds of mall shops, if you like that next to your hotel. Nice pier out to the bay with a view of (south) Vancouver.
Cons (-) Remote location. Hard to find, especially at night. Parking garage is vast and confusing requiring a walk thru the mall. Carpets and bed spreads need cleaning. Decor was bad late 90's Chinese black lacquer furniture with maroon bed spread and gold lame wall paper. Bed was mushy. Overal not very friendly.
