Cons (-) Regardless of which ethnicity a customer belongs to, any staff should be trained to treat the customer equally and pleasantly.
Pros (+) Everything about the hotel was amazing except a few things.
Cons (-) -I was told that I was paying an amount that was higher than I booked and higher than what the guy told me when I gave him my card. -The curtains had a brown stain on them and no one did anything about it. -The gym says 24 hours but after a certain time its closed and have to ask someone to unlock it for you.

Pros (+) We had a great experience at the Hilton. The rooms and bathrooms were updated, modern, and comfortable. I was even more impressed when I had to call the hotel after accidentally leaving a few pieces of clothing in the closet. Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were so soft and the bathroom was very nice. A small room but very beautiful.

Pros (+) Staffers were EXTREMELY friendly, I need to mention this waitress at the restaurant named Lynda, her service was OUTSTANDING, fantastic service treating customers like they were part of the family members. She really touched my heart!!!
