It was a terrible stay, especially the first evening when we checked in the room. We see that there were only one shampoo bottle and conditioner. (SMALL ones) and there was no BODY wash. We called the operator and asked for Body Wash. She had said, "There is no Body Wash". And then we have said that "Ok, can you send us more shampoo bottles". Pros (+) The gentle man at the front desk was the absolute sweetest and most helpful person i've ever had the pleasure of working with. Pros (+) Surprisingly being next to a hockey stadium on a game night it was very quiet. We specifically asked for the quietest side of the hotel not facing the Broad Road. That might has to do with the quietness, and the floor was not so busy. The room was generally clean except the shower floor I can see black dirt residue. The front desk was curteous.
Cons (-) We didn't like that there was no parking or rather we needed to pay an additional $21! Tax was quite high already on top of the rate. I wish the parking could have been covered or a bit less than 21.

Cons (-) The hotel is very hard to get to. There is no space to pull up to check in. The parking garage is extremely expensive, and when I arrived the staff had such thick accents I couldn't understand anything they were saying.
