Pros (+) The staff was kind and efficient, and our airport shuttle driver even took us directly to the terminal, instead of the shuttle drop off, because we were the only riders at 5 AM. The only complaint was that the heat wasn't working yet during the early fall cold snap, so our room was chilly.

Pros (+) I Liked how Quickly the front desk responded to my call about the dirty underwear and they changed my room and took $50 off my bill
Cons (-) I found dirty women’s underwear at the foot of my bed..... it was so disgusting. My kids where trying to figure why screamed so loud and why was i freaking out... there’s no telling how long they been there, but house keeping didn’t do their job correctly

Pros (+) Stayed for 4 nights for the 2016 Star Trek convention in NYC. No regrets. Staff was friendly and helpful. Convenient, free parking. Clean, comfortable room. Good breakfast. Walking distance to Newark Penn Station. Reasonably safe urban neighborhood. Easy access to NYC via PATH or NJ Transit. Price compared to NYC hotels. My room had a nice view. Was able to park the full day after I checked out.
Cons (-) Elevators malfunctioned one morning (this was a huge annoyance). Area around hotel closes very early (no good restaurants, convenience stores, etc).

Pros (+) The location is very close to train stations and the free parking is a very nice perk. If they run out of parking they will park it for you. The elevator is simply amazing. It sounds like such a little thing but it is really fast and they don't shut them down on off hours so you're never waiting for one.
Cons (-) As other guests mentioned the A/C doesn't work very well. If you turn it all the way to cold (past the temp settings) it will get comfortable after about 30 minutes. The bed is very lumpy and extremely uncomfortable.

Pros (+) Rooms updated but small, adequate for my business needs. Onsite restaurant, excellent food and service but is pricey.
Cons (-) Parking is free, good news, finding a parking spot can be difficult but attendant is helpful, may have to park 1/2 block away.
