Pros (+) Nothing. I reserved 2 weeks in advance and they lost my reservation. Room was not ready, and we were given a supposedly clean, last available room that was not the correct layout (2 queens instead of 1 double king). Cons (-) Everything. Customer service was good though, with one of the two employees who helped us. He was apologetic about our situation and helped me find another hotel.
