Loved the roaring fire. Facilities in the bedrooms and and bathrooms

Breakfast. A huge disappointment. Poor service (slow) and really over priced. Bread was like dry cardboard. No butter, no salt. It was presented really badly and was overall a bad experience. I went down the road for a far more delicious breakfast.

I paid $500 for one night in a room that was the size of a closet. The hotel was very nice but way too much for that room.

Room too tiny for the price.

I visit NYC pretty frequently and this was the best hotel I’ve stayed in in a very long time. Lively vibe works for me. We got a gorgeous treehouse style room with windows on three sides. Beautiful view. Chic decor. Very kind staff. Can’t wait to stay again!

Decor & ambiance of lounge, rooms, restaurant & amenities was right up my alley ***Service & staff was the best and most accommodating I’ve ever had at a hotel. Every person from front desk to cleaning to room service. 5 star across the board. I come from service industry background and this was top notch!

From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, friendly, professional & ready to assist. The restaurant food was delicious & a few red wines by the fireplace was the perfect way to end a busy day of touristing. The location was perfect for exploring soho, tribeca etc and Russ & Daughters bagels around the corner was the icing on the cake. I’ll be back.
