Rooms was nice and spacious and the housekeeping was amazing... the hotel staff was nice and very helpful
The pool situation... I chose this hotel because of the pool for my son to able to swim and have something to do, but times was horrible because its rented out for another company to do swimming lessons daily. Everyday for 7 hours... which is unfair to the people who pay $250 a night to only swim from 5-10pm & that 12 older kids SHOULDN'T have to be accompanied by a adult... I was furious.
The reception staff did their job but no more although they did give us a map when we asked. The room was a good size and clean and tidy The pool on the top floor is great but on the very hot days to be told it is closed between 10 am and 5 pm during the week was weird. The hotel is 1 block from the Metro and buses stop over the road. There is a great selection of restaurants, deli’s and other food places very close by.
Please management, there needs to be a serious review of the air con system in all rooms. We were there for nine days and the roar (and I am not kidding) of the air con unit at night was ridiculous. The choices were turn it off and swelter, buy earplugs or put up with it. We did not have the option of going to another hotel. I would like the Manager to sleep in any room in the hotel for a week and not be concerned enough to do something to improve the situation.
The location from time square
When I first checked in the rooms smelled like urine but the guy was trying to tell me it was a ammonia smell from cleaning I stated to him sir I never smelled ammonia that smell like urine they changed my rooms and it was way better but the amount I paid for the hotel rooms was not worth it but I guess because it was New York and it was a weekend but still not worth the amount I paid to me
I liked the size of the room and the beds. I enjoyed how comfortable the beds were butmost of all I liked that when I checked out and told them about the ac unit they were really nice about it.
I didn't like that the ac unit stopped working in the room. The room reached uncomfortable temperatures over the course of our stay.
Awesome location ,friendly staff
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable
