Staff were attentive, check in was smooth and easy, and rooms were comfortable.
The rooftop pool was a real selling point.
Pool closed at 7 pm. Too early.
The room was ok and quite big as for Manhatan.
Very bad service, this should not happen in such hotel. Lazy staff, it took them whole day to bring our luggages to our room. Personel will never take care of you. If you do not give them the tip during breakfast the are rude! Swimming pool during weekends is so occupied that forget about swimming. You can not even stand in it. They have parties there and when we were there there was even police.
Pool and rooftop bar are very nice. Overall cosy and inviting hotel with nice interiors. Great location.
Seriously understaffed. Nobody to assist you with luggage on arrival. In general arriving guests completely ignored by the staff even though front desk not occupied. Ask the front desk for power plug adapter - they promise to deliver to your room. Has not happened for 2 days. In room dining not picking up the phone which forced us to seek breakfast outside (their loss). Aircon extremely noisy and permanently dripping on our belongings.
Location rooftop bar/lounge
Staff at check in counter hardly made eye contact and seemed annoyed to check you in. Pool closed at 7pm on one of the hottest weeks of the year, most pools at hotel stay open til at least 8pm if not 10/11.
