Pros. Room was clean and large to fit a few more colleagues. Front desk was very hospitable and available 24 hours a day.

Cons. Doesn't typically respond to the Marriott Bonvoy mobile app front desk chat in a timely fashion. Pray that you have a high floor or that you have 4PM late checkout because those wait times for an elevator will make you want to take the stairs (which you also wouldn't want to take because the exit isn't the lobby. I learned that the hard way.)

Pros. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The continental breakfast was nice and the line went quickly even though it was busy

Cons. The wait for the elevator was a little long but to be expected with a busy hotel.

Pros. Very attentive staff - super people Nice breakfast layout and variety Decent sized gym

Cons. VERY noisy location across the street from Port Authority Bus Terminal - not the hotel's fault, but I normally am not kept up by outside noise and in this case I was despite a high floor Small rooms & generally tight space Building & facility is quite dated and old - well-kept considering but definitely not modern

Pros. The facilities were clean, the staff was helpful, but.....

Cons. The elevator was just two, instead of three (one of them was out of order). This is New York City, in Manhattan, in the holiday season, there were 32 stories, with 4 rooms per floor, so you can imagine. Also the breakfast was good, but there was too little space for this building...

Pros. Hotel was great location, clean and spacious room for Manhattan.

Cons. The staff was discombobulated and one shift didn't seem to know what the other shift was doing. We were locked out of our room twice because they mixed up our reservation even though it was pre-paid. Each time it happened requiring is to come to front desk immediately and disturbing our morning like it was our fault. They couldn't seem to wrap their heads around a simple reservation and the inconvenience they were causing. No apologies for it either. If this had not happened, this would be the best hotel in Manhattan.

Pros. Great value for this area of Manhattan.

Cons. Staff didn't seem to communicate between one shift and the next. They confused and crossed our reservation and double charged us making us get three sets of re-keyed room keys. Pain in the total a$$.

Pros. Staff was very friendly, it was in close proximity to GCT, price was reasonable, room was clean and comfortable

Cons. Construction on the street was a bit disruptive for sleeping. Reserved a room with a King bed, but was stuck with a double

Pros. Close to all the possible scenic spots + bus/train station

Cons. Long line on breakfast and only 3 elevators for all the floors ( 32 floors with atleast 5-7 rooms in each floor).
