Friendly staff, clean hotel, great breakfast and room service, fun lively lounge for the evening with live jazz. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Pros (+) Our room 1236 was a great room for us! The facilities were great and the staff was lovely. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the Wednesday jazz players. We would definitely return the next time we are in town!

Pros (+) We are frequent visitors of the Ritz Carltons and this was the worst facility I've ever been to and service was poor. I was paying $600 a night and felt like I was staying at a Sheraton or worst.
