Pros (+) Not a chain hotel - liked the older hotel style but first impression left us wondering if our room would meet our expectations. Lobby needs a little renovation - paint, new furniture etc

Pros (+) We had a very good stay, walking distance to convention center and great restaurants in the area. Make sure to call for valet, very slow to retrieve car. Street view side has very loud streetcar traffic.

Cons (-) The restaurant/bar wasn't open, but it was the day after Christmas, so I undersatnd.

Pros (+) My husband and I were only going to be in New Orleans for 1 night. We wanted to stay in a place with charm, and this was perfect! The hotel is in a really nice area, but not far from the French Quarter. We would definitely return.
